Google’s Pixel Buds A Series Confirmed! To Be Sold On Flipkart With This Price (Launch Date, USPs & More)

The trimmed down version of the original Buds, has being announced as Pixel Buds A-series, which is the new truly wireless earbuds by Google. In addition to  other gesture-based features, it misses out on wireless charging. It has been confirmed that these new buds shall be launched in India, post being launched in the US and Canada.

Though there is no launch date fixed yet, upon its launch, the Buds A-series will be available for purchase via Flipkart.

Google launched the Pixel Buds A series earlier this month. TWS has now been officially confirmed to launch in India and will be available for purchase via Flipkart.

Google has confirmed India’s launch of the new Pixel Buds via tweet. When a user inquired about India’s timeline for the launch of new buds, the company replied that it would be available via Flipkart when it was launched. However, Google is still active on the launch date.

Price & Specifications

For $99 (roughly Rs 7,300), these Buds A-series will go on sale in the US and Canada on June 17. However, features like wireless charging and swipe controls for volume adjustment have been reduced in order to keep the costs low.

The A-series Buds features 12mm custom dynamic drivers that aim to deliver full, clear and natural sound. Another feature, Adaptive Sound, increases or decreases the volume based on your surroundings. In order to focus on your voice and reduce outside noise, beamforming mics have been used by these buds for a better calling experience.

Earbuds, as expected, come with Google Assistant support. You can continue listening to music by simply saying commands like “Hey Google, play my music.” Comes with a taste of IPX4 sweat and splash resistance. Earbuds bring five hours of battery life with a single charge. During the charging period, users wake up to 24-hour juice. It comes with instant charging support, which is said to offer three hours of listening time within 15 minutes of charging.
