Google Pixel Buds A India launch has been confirmed, to be available via Flipkart. The availability was announced on Twitter. At the same time, Pixel 5a launch is also in the news, the launch date has again been tipped, could be available in June only. Google Pixel Buds A Flipkart listing will soon be out, while the company is yet to give us the actual Google Pixel Buds A India release date.
Pixel Buds Buds A will be available from June 17 in the U.S. and Canada, while it will be available in India and other regions on a later date.
In India, the latest Google Buds will be available via Flipkart. Google Pixel Buds A price in India may start at somewhere around Rs 7,000. Pixel Buds A is priced at $99 (around Rs 7,200) globally. The standard Pixel Buds is priced at $179 (around Rs 13,000).
Google Pixel Buds A sports a similar design as Pixel Buds, with support for hands-free “Hey Google” voice commands, IPX4 rating. The company claims Pixel Buds A can run up to five hours on a single charge and up to 24 hours with the charging case. The device can last up to three hours on a 15-minute charge.
Coming to Pixel 5a launch date, the launch is said to happen on June 11, as leaked by Popular tipster Jon Prosser. The upcoming Pixel phone launch will happen in June 2021. Previous leaks suggested Pixel 5a launch will happen by August in the US. Pixel 5a launch date is expected to be finalised around the same period. The company released Pixel 4a in August 2020, and Pixel 5a release date will be around the same period this year.
Pixel 5a availability for different countries will different, and expect India availability by September. Pixel 5a India launch will happen in and around September, same as the last year. Google is yet to confirm any details officially.
Pixel 5a price will remain in the budget category, expected to start at around $349 (around Rs 25,300) globally. Pixel 5a price in India is also expected in the same bracket as the current Pixel 4a. Pixel 5a price should be between Rs 30,000 to Rs 32,000 in the country for the single variant. Pixel 5a India availability will be confirmed later.
Last year, Pixel 4a launch in India took really long. Expect a similar timeline for Pixel 5a India availability given Google’s slow release in different nations apart from the US.
Pixel 5a leaked specs further includes a 6.2-inch Full HD+ OLED display with similar dimensions as Pixel 4a 5G measuring 156.2 x 73.2 x 8.8mm from the leaked image.The device main retain the 3.5mm jack as well, seen in the leaked render. Pixel 4a came with Snapdragon 730G chipset, an upgrade over Snapdragon 670 SoC on Pixel 3a.
Pixel 5a may ship with Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 750G budget 5G chipset. The device will ship with 6GB of RAM and 128GB UFS 3.1 storage. Pixel 5a battery may see a little jump in capacity too. The device will ship with a 3,840 mAh battery with 20W fast charging support. The software is sorted on Pixel phones, Pixel 5a will ship with the latest Android 12 out of the box.
