2022 Maruti Alto

Maruti Suzuki alto, the most popular vehicle in India is expected to be launched with larger dimensions as compared to the current model. It will be underpinned by Maruti’s Heartect platform which is lightweight and stiff at the same time. As per reports, the engine and transmission on the new generation Alto will remain unchanged. As of now, the car is powered with a 0.8-litre, naturally aspirated, inline-3 engine, with 48 PS and 69 Nm on tap

2021 Maruti Celerio

The remodeled Celerio has also been spied on, which revealed that the car will come in a larger size than the current one. It will also come with an extensive redesign of interior and exterior. The new generation Celerio will be powered by the same 1.0-litre K-series engine that powers the current model. The car also comes with a more powerful 1.2-litre engine. 

New-Gen Maruti Vitara Brezza

Maruti Suzuki Brezza will be launched in the first half of 2022. There are not many changes expected to the engine and transmissions but the chassis will mostly be new. There is a possibility that the car will get a hybrid variant and it will come with better fuel economy and also generate lower emissions.

Maruti Gypsy (Suzuki Jimny Mk4)

Maruti Gypsy (Suzuki Jimny Mk2) will be launched in the Indian market in 2023 as the new generation Gypsy.

The car is reportedly road testing the Jimmy in India however it is being tested in its regular 3 door avatar. Apparently, the company will develop a 5-door Jimny or Gypsy that will also work as a more affordable alternative to the Mahindra Thar and Force Gurkha.

Next-Gen Maruti S-Cross

The Next-Gen Maruti S-Cross will be launched as a larger version of the the current-gen S-Cross. The engine is expected to be the same 1.5-litre ‘K-series’ motor, with mild-hybrid assistance. As per reports, the hybrid tech will also debut in Maruti’s upcoming car and will slowly be launched to lesser models also.
