100 Mbps Broadband Plans From Jio, Airtel Starting At Rs 699: Check Top Offers

Jio Fiber costs Rs 699 per month for 100 mbps speed. Airtel Xstream is priced at Rs 799 also with 100 mbps speed.

Reliance Jio

Jio has come out with a monthly plan of Rs 699 offering 100 mbps home broadband. Known as the Jio Fiber plan, it also includes unlimited nationwide voice calls, symmetric speeds and unlimited data.

Presently the plan does not include streaming apps bundle. 

However one can then opt for the monthly Rs 999 plan which not only comes with 14 additional  streaming apps subscriptions eg. Amazon Prime Video, Alt Balaji Disney+Hotstar VIP, Sony LIV, Zee5 Premium, Voot Select, etc but it also operates at 150 mbps speed.

In order to include Netflix in their OTT suite, customers will have to upgrade to a Rs 1500 broadband plan which offers 300 mbps speed.

Jio also offers a free 30-day trial for customers wanting to test the internet plans.

Airtel

Airtel offers a plan of Rs 799 a month, called Airtel Xstream. The internet speed here is 100 mbps also with unlimited voice calls. It also includes a free subscription to Airtel’s own OTT service, the Xstream .

Airtel also has a Rs 999 plan which offers 200 mbps along with free Zee5, Amazon Prime and Disney+Hotstar subscriptions

MTNL

Govt-owned MTNL is also selling a 100 mbps plan costing Rs 777 a month though the bandwidth cap is just 800 GB a month. After data exhaustion the speed will throttle down to 1 mbps. 

BSNL

BSNL is offering a similar plan called Fiber Value priced at Rs 799 a month with 100 mbps symmetrical speeds i.e 100 Mbps download and 100 Mbps upload

Another plan, the Superstar Broadband plan, offers 500 GB monthly data limit at 50 mbps speed along with free subscription to Disney+ Hotstar premium.

BSNL also offers Fiber To The Home (FTTH) internet costing Rs 949 a month and speeds of upto 100 mbps, but without any free streaming service subscription.
