WhatsApp has been working on several features. According to a report the new feature had appeared during one of the beta tests, features such as Chat Threads and multi-device support. Now, according to a new report, the company is working on a new feature.

Now Users Can Change Colours In The App

WhatsApp’s most recent update, which has been spotted in beta, allows users to alter the app’s colour scheme. According to news, the feature has been rolled out to a small group of users.

As per Wabbetainfo, WhatsApp will now let users change colours within the apps. Talking about the new update, the WhatsApp features tracker posted, “WhatsApp is developing a feature that allows users to change some colours in the app. The feature is under development and there are no further details at the time.”

According to the screenshots shared by Wabetainfo, the new feature will allow users to adjust the colour of the chatbox. It is possible to change the text to a fluorescent green tone. However, there is currently little information available about the functionality.

The feature has yet to be made official by WhatsApp.

The New “Contact Us” Page For Bug Filing

Another feature that WhatsApp is working on is the chat threads. The “Support Chat Threads” is being tested for Android and ios platforms. It will help users to report bugs and issues.

Earlier in Wabetainfo report read. “WhatsApp is currently developing a feature that allows communicating with the technical support within the app! The first time you can contact the support within WhatsApp Settings and a new section will be available,”

According to Wabetainfo, the latest functionality has been rolled out to a small group of Android beta testers.

“WhatsApp is working on “Support Chat Threads”: they will help you and WhatsApp to manage bug reports. Support Threads are verified end-to-end encrypted chats and they’ll be closed after the issue is fixed. Availability: in a future iOS and Android update.”

Users will be able to report issues through the chatbox with this feature. You’ll find a “Contact Us” section under which there is a dialogue box where you can report your problems.

You’ll see a prompt from WhatsApp at the bottom of the screen that says, “We’ll respond to you in a WhatsApp talk.” A Send button is placed next to the prompt. To continue, click the Send button after typing your issue.

Once you proceed, you will see a WhatsApp support chat window. There you chat about your issues in the app with WhatsApp.

The messaging app will also respond to your query. However, the chat window will be closed once your issue is resolved. The chats are end-to-end encrypted so no third person can access your conversation with WhatsApp support.
