HCL Employees Will Get 10-Day Salary Bonus

HCL Technologies has declared that every HCL employee who has spent 1 year in the organization will get 10-day salary as bonus.

Apparao VV, Chief HR Officer, HCL Technologies said, “Our employees are our most valuable asset. Despite an unrelenting pandemic, each and every member of our HCL family has demonstrated immense commitment and passion, contributing to the growth of the organization.”

Overall, Rs 700 crore will be spent by HCL for this celebration.

What Is The Reason?

HCL has just crossed $10 billion in revenues, for the first time ever. 

And, this is the reason the company has announced a Rs 700 crore celebration, by giving 10-days salary for every employee (with more than 1 yr of experience)

Apparao further said, “The $10 billion revenue milestone is a testament of our remarkable resilience as an organization and the entrepreneurial spirit of our 159,000+ employees. With this gesture, we want to sincerely express our gratitude to our employees and their families for all their support,” 

HCL was able to breach the $10 billion revenue mark after 20 years of its IPO launch.

This special bonus will be rolled out to all the eligible employees in February itself.
