Exciting Details Of iPhone 13 Out: Camera, Display, And LiDAR Sensors!

LiDAR sensors

All the phones in the Apple’s newest iPhone 13 series will be equipped with LiDAR sensors,  (Light Detection and Ranging). Also, there are speculations that the entire iPhone 13 series will come with the ToF LiDAR scanner, especially due to the popularity of the iPhone 12 Pro series. This LiDAR scanner was first fitted by Apple in the latest generation iPad Pro in March 2020. The technology is known for enhancing AR experiences by helping apps to rapidly see and recognize the room around them.

Camera On Apple iPhone 13

TheApple iPhone 13 will be similar to that of the iPhone 12 series, as per the popular Apple analyst Ming-Chi Kuo, with the exception of major improvements to the camera technology. Kuo has also stated that the Ultra Wide cameras on the two high-end models will be significantly upgraded to f/1.8, 6P (six-element lens) with autofocus as well.

OLED Displays

The display on the Apple iPhone 13 will most likely be using Samsung 120 Hz OLED displays in two top-end iPhone 13 models. Both models of iPhone 13 will employ low-temperature polycrystalline oxide (LTPO) thin-film transistors (TFT) OLED panels manufactured by Samsung Display. The iPhone 13 line-up is expected to be similar to the iPhone 12 family of phones, with a 5.4-inch iPhone 13 Mini, 6.1-inch iPhone 13, 6.1-inch iPhone 13 Pro, and 6.7-inch iPhone 13 Pro Max.

Also, the iPhone 13 devices are said to come with an official waterproofing certification, unlike iPhone 12 series. Claimed by The Elec, Samsung is said to be the sole supplier of 120Hz screens for these models. Both the iPhone 13 models will use LTPO (low-temperature polycrystalline oxide) OLED screens.
