It seems that Whatsapp will give users more time to analyze and understand the new privacy policies, and then ‘allow’ them to accordingly take the stand.
In a blog post published, Whatsapp said, “We’ve heard from so many people how much confusion there is around our recent update. There’s been a lot of misinformation causing concern and we want to help everyone understand our principles and the facts,”
Whatsapp Won’t Delete Your Account
Whatsapp said, “No one will have their account suspended or deleted on February 8. We’re also going to do a lot more to clear up the misinformation around how privacy and security works on WhatsApp.”
This also means that after May 15th, the accounts which doesn’t accept the new privacy policies can be deleted.
Whatsapp hasn’t clarified on this aspect yet.
Will Whatsapp Share Your Data With Facebook?

Whatsapp will definitely share their user’s data with Facebook for advertisement purpose.
Just that, they are giving more time to their users to accept this fact.
