With the outbreak of the coronavirus pandemic, industry sectors all around the globe massively indulged into salary cuts and lay-offs. The economy has bled.

However, while all major industry segments like auto, business and hospitality underperformed massively due to almost negligible demand, the Information Technology (IT ) and software sector showed a comparatively better performance graph, amidst the Covid-induced pandemic period.

The long almost 9-month period was largely indicated by unprecedented job layoffs, salary cuts, furloughs and shut downs.

Offices in a very small time-frame were shifted wholly to remote areas, enabling the novel ‘Work from Home’ culture. All of these provisions contributed towards a daunting reliance on the IT and software sector, which not only withheld the quick transitions firmly but also provided a sturdy sense of data security.

Now, as markets reopen and the economy revives, businesses have started to gain momentum, thus rolling out new job entries and many sectors like IT providing salary hikes.

In a recent article, we had informed you of the highly in-demand new age skills, which are being looked into for future IT applicants and candidates.

Today, we will provide a detailed outlook of the most demanded job roles companies are looking forward to hiring.
