Some leaks suggest it to be a rebranded Redmi Note 10 4G. So, Poco M3 could be a global variant of Redmi Note 10 4G, as the company may focus on the 5G models only for Redmi Note 10 series. Though nothing has been officially announced, we are yet to confirm whether Poco M3 is a rebranded Redmi Note 10 4G or not.

91Mobiles leaked the Poco M3 design with the promotional poster. The upcoming budget phone will come with a major design upgrade. Upfront, Poco M3 will feature a water drop notch display, a slight chin and flat edges. At the back, the Poco M3 will sport an unique dual-palette design with a black rectangle.
The upper part is filled with the camera setup and the Poco branding. Camera module includes three sensors with the logo on the side. Poco M3 will come in different colour combinations of yellow, blue, and black.
Poco M3 specs are out, leaked by tipster Mukul Sharma. As revealed, Poco M3 specs will be a budget phone. The specs fall in line with the same unnamed Poco model spotted recently on Geekbench. Xiaomi M2010J19CG aka Poco M3 managed to score 299 in single-core on Geekbench test and 1252 in multi-core tests.
Poco M3 will include the budget-end Qualcomm Snapdragon 662 chipset with 4GB RAM. There will be more storage options as well. POCO M3 will feature a 6.53-inch Full HD+ Dot Drop display, quad camera system, 6,000mAh battery and 18W fast charging support.
Poco M3 is tipped to come with a quad rear camera system powered by a 48MP primary sensor.
A few specifications are still similar to the the leaked specs of Redmi Note 10 4G. Spotted on TENAA, the Note 10 4G also revealed a few key specs: 6.53-inch Full HD+ display, 18W fast charging, 6,000mAh battery and 48MP triple cameras. Poco M3 could actually be a rebranded Redmi Note 10 4G given the company is known to rebrand Redmi phones.
