Redmi K40, Redmi K40 Pro Launch: Poco X4 In India?

Redmi K40 launch is expected later this year given the alleged certification is out. The device will come with mid-range specifications. Recently Redmi K30S came out, and the upcoming Redmi phone will succeed. A certification surfaced on MIIT with model number M2011K2C. 

Redmi K40 will come with 5G according to the certification site confirms that.

Redmi K40 is tipped to be powered by the unannounced Snapdragon 775 SoC 5G. It will be a mid-range mobile platform from Qualcomm, which will replace the current Snapdragon 765G series.

Snapdragon 875 will power the Pro model, the Redmi K40 Pro. The Pro variant will come with the top-end flagship features as 120Hz display, 108MP camera, 65W fast charging and much more. Xiaomi could launch the upcoming generation Redmi Note 10 series

Redmi Note 10 phone was recently spotted on 3Cs with model number M2010J19SC, 4G connectivity, and 22.5W fast charging support. Redmi Note 10 Pro will support 5G. The Redmi Note 10 series specifications are not yet, but the Pro model is said to come with Snapdragon 750G.

Mi Note 10 Lite / Mi 10i

Mi Note 10 Lite India launch is expected soon. The device will launch in India as Mi 10i, that’s what the recent leak says. Mi Note 10 Lite India launch is expected in September. Tipped by XDA, it has been found that Xiaomi is working on a new smartphone especially for the Indian market with the codename “tocoin”. The device has been spotted in the June 2020 code, hence Mi 10i India launch could be imminent. Mi Note 10 Lite was unveiled in China in late April alongside Redmi Note 9. The company unveiled the latter recently, and now it’s time for Mi 10i. 

Mi Note 10 Lite is a camera-centric value-for-money device offering a 64MP quad-camera setup backed by premium features. Mi Note 10 Lite in India will be rebranded as Mi 10i. The company will place Mi 10i as a spiritual successor to the Redmi K20 in the sub-20,000 segment. Mi 10i India launch is yet to be confirmed officially.

Poco F2

Poco F2 will soon launch in India. Poco F1 successor is in development, and it could be coming in anytime. Poco has been aggressively launching phones in the budget, mid-budget and mid-range segment, but won’t enter the flagship space immediately. Poco F2 is in the works, and it will take some time to launch in India. The first Poco phone, Poco F1 launched in August 2018.

Nothing about Poco F2 is out yet, but expect some top-end specifications on a budget pricing with a flagship-grade chipset. The Poco F1 successor will not be a rebranded Redmi phone, but an original model.

Redmi Note 10, Redmi Note 10 Pro

The upcoming Redmi Note 10 series could come as a massive upgrade over its predecessor. Redmi Note 10 and Redmi Note 10 Pro are said to come with the 108-megapixel camera. Redmi Note 10 could become the most affordable 108MP camera phone. Leaked by Digital Chat Station, the higher-end variant of the Redmi Note 10 will come with the latest Snapdragon 750G processor, 108-megapixel primary sensor, 4800mAh battery with 33W fast charging.

The report revealed that multiple Redmi Note 10 variants will launch, which will also include a budget Redmi Note 10 model with 48-megapixel main sensor running on MediaTek’s Dimensity 720 5G chipset.

Poco X4 

The next generation Poco X series smartphone, Poco X4 will probably feature a 108MP sensor as primary camera. The all-new Poco X3 didn’t come with much of any upgrade, but the upcoming Poco X4 could see some major changes including hardware, cameras and display. Finally we could see an AMOLED display on Poco X4 with a quad camera setup powered by the 108MP primary sensor.

Poco X4 launch will happen next year in the first quarter, and the latest upgrades will push the price. Poco X4 price in India will jump upto Rs 20,000. Poco X4 price may start at Rs 18,999 or Rs 19,999. 

Redmi K40 Pro / Poco F3 Pro

Redmi K30 Pro may come to India as Poco F2 Pro or Poco X2 Pro with Snapdragon 865 powering it. Though the launch has been delayed for long, we are still expecting it by 2020. As Redmi K30 Pro dons the latest Qualcomm flagship, the next generation Redmi K40 Pro will run on Snapdragon 875, which may come to India as Poco F3 Pro or Poco X3 Pro in 2021. Poco F3 Pro or Redmi K40 Pro will come with 108MP primary camera.

Redmi K40 Pro will come with 120Hz refresh rate display, multi camera setup, 12GB RAM, 5G connectivity and more. The device will be powered by Snapdragon 875.

Xiaomi Mi 11, Mi 11 Pro

Xiaomi Mi 10 series run on the latest Snapdragon 865, and the company is also bringing Mi 10 to India. Mi 10 and Mi 10 Pro are powered by Snapdragon 865. Next year, the Mi 11 and Mi 11 Pro will be powered by the top Qualcomm chip, the Snapdragon 875. The names are yet to be confirmed, so they could be Mi 20 and Mi 20 Pro as well. Both Mi 11 and Mi 11 Pro will come with 108MP primary camera sensors.

Mi 10 series launched back in February. The next Mi flagships will happen in February 2021, and it will be among the first smartphones in the world to be powered by Snapdragon 875 SoC.
