Not just that, since the arrival of the IT giant’s new CEO Brian Humphries, a lot of executives have found themselves quitting the company on their will.
Now that Cognizant has so effortlessly fired over 10,000 of its employees, the mid-sized IT solutions and services arm of the Indian conglomerate Larsen & Turbo: Larsen & Toubro Infotech Limited (LTI) have hired the top ex-Cognizant senior employees.
L&T Hires Ex-Cognizant Employees
After the management of IT giant Cognizant decided to reinvigorate the organization, the Indian conglomerate Larsen & Turbo decided to hire a number of senior ex-Cognizant employees, at senior roles.
This is considered to be another concrete step taken by L&T, after acquisition of Mindtree, clearly showing that it has great plans to expand its IT industry in the country.
L&T has hired 3 such Cognizant executives.
Cognizant Execs Given Major Positions in L&T
- Archana Ramanakumar was offered the position of Executive Vice President (EVP) and world supply head for shopper (pharma, media, and tech).
- Banwari Agarwal, with an experience of about 21 years at Cognizant joined in April as EVP.
- He used to be the worldwide industry head of undertaking services and products, and strategic engagements.
- Another such employee Vikash Gaur has joined as EVP and head of cloud, knowledge, and virtual tech in June.
L&T’s New Strategic Initiative
It has come to our knowledge that the construction and manufacturing conglomerate L&T has employed these ex-Cognizant employees for its new strategic initiative known as L&T-NxT.
Speaking of this, L&T-NxT assists consumers interested in power & utilities, transportation & logistics, civil infrastructure, and procedure & discrete production industries, with professional virtua results.
It is no surprise that with the addition of such new additions to the LTI team, the mid-sized IT company will ramp up its results.
