The company CEO Madhav Sheth teased a “big announcement” at the upcoming IFA 2020, expected to be Realme X3 Pro. The company recently announced the 125W UltraDART fast charging technology, and Realme X3 Pro could become the first device to come with the latest charging solution.

Upcoming Realme Mobiles: Upcoming Realme Phones 2020

Here’s a list of the expected upcoming Realme mobiles in 2020 in September, October and the following weeks.

Realme 7 / Realme X7

Realme 7 series will be unveiled in India on September 3. Realme 7, Realme 7 Pro will be available in India via Flipkart. Realme 7 will come with octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 800U 5G chip with up to 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal UFS 2.1 storage It runs Android 10-based Realme UI and packs a 4,300mAh battery with 65W SuperDart fast-charging support. Realme 7 will sports a 6.4-inch AMOLED 1080p display with up to 120Hz refresh rate and 180Hz touch sampling rate. The fingerprint sensor is embedded under the display.

Realme 7 has a 64-megapixel primary camera, an 8-megapixel ultrawide camera with 119-degree FOV, a 2-megapixel black-and-white camera, and a 2-megapixel macro camera. If you are into selfies, you will be happy the Realme X7 has a 32-megapixel front camera housed inside the punch-hole. Realme 7 price in India is expected to remain in the INR 15,000 to 18,000 bracket.

Realme 7 Pro / Realme X7 Pro

Realme 7 Pro price in India may cross the INR 20,000 category in the mid-range segment. Realme 7 and Realme 7 Pro India prices will fall in the sub Rs 20,000 category. Realme 7 Pro will have a 6.55-inch Super-AMOLED 1080p display with up to 120Hz refresh rate and 240Hz touch sampling rate in a 20:9 aspect ratio. Realme 7 Pro will be powered by a more capable Dimensity 1000+ 5G processor with up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of UFS 2.1 storage.

Realme 7 Pro cameras will include a 64-megapixel Sony IMX686 primary sensor, a 119-degree ultrawide 8-megapixel sensor, a 2-megapixel portrait sensor, and a 2-megapixel macro sensor. Realme 7 Pro will have a 32-megapixel camera and slightly bigger 4500mAh battery with 65W SuperDart fast-charging support.

Realme X3 Pro

Realme X3 Pro launch in India is expected by October. The device may feature the upcoming 108MP camera sensor from Samsung, the HM2 108MP lens as their primary sensor. Realme X3 Pro will replace Realme X2 Pro in the entry-premium category.

Realme X3 Pro will have Snapdragon 865 or Snapdragon 865 Plus. Realme X3 Pro price is expected to remain in the Rs 30,000 corner. As the X3 series, the Realme X3 Pro series may have two variants as well. Realme X3 Pro BIS certification has been confirmed as well, so the Realme X3 Pro India launch won’t take much time. 

Realme X4, Realme X4 SuperZoom

The next-generation Realme X4 could be coming soon. With the company already into a few months post Realme X3 series launch in India, the successors are expected to come in a short while. Realme X3 Pro is all set to be unveiled, so Realme X4 launch may happen in a couple of months from now. The contents is known to refresh its models and series in quick intervals, and hence Realme X4 series is expected to drop in a while. The upcoming Realme phone will soon be a part of the rumour mill given the popularity of X series.

The device is probably in the development phase now, but Realme X4 launch won’t be taking long. We can expect multiple phones in the Realme X4 series as well like Realme X4, Realme X4 Pro and Realme X4 SuperZoom. Realme X4 Pro is still far away compared to Realme X4 and X4 SuperZoom.

Realme 7i

With Realme 7 and Realme 7 Pro dropping, we can expect Realme 7i to hit the markets in a couple of months from now. Realme 7i will be a budget-focused device, a slightly toned-down Realme 7 with similar camera features and processor. The camera setup on Realme 7i will include an ultra wide angle lens, macro lens and a depth sensor for portrait shots. The specifications are expected to remain largely the same between Realme 7i and Realme 7 along with other standard features.

The company has similarly unveiled a similar Realme 5i and Realme 6i, in the last two number series Realme launches. The toned-down Realme 7i will directly target devices in the sub-15,000 category. Realme 6i will sit between Realme 6 and Realme 6 Pro. Realme 7i price is expected to lie around Rs 15,000 in the country.

Realme V3 5G 

Realme V3 5G is currently the cheapest 5G phone available right now. Realme V3 comes with a 6.5-inch HD+ display alongside a water drop notch. Realme V3 is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 720 processor. It comes in three storage options: 6GB/64GB, 6GB/128GB and 8GB/128GB. Coming to optics, Realme V3 houses a 13MP main camera, 2MP macro lens and a 2MP depth sensor. Upfront Realme V3 sports an 8MP front snapper. Finally, Realme V3 packs in a 5,000mAh battery with support for 18W fast charging.

Realme V3 5G India launch may happen or not given 5G is not yet available in India. Though Realme was the first company to announce a 5G phone in India, it can again bring another one in the budget category. As Realme X50 Pro 5G, the company may launch Realme V3 5G in India. 

Realme U2

Realme U2 India launch could be happening soon as a new Realme device has received the regulatory BIS certification in the country. While the Realme U series hasn’t seen any upgrade in 2019, a successor is expected in mid-2020. There have been a few leaks about Realme U2 in the past, but all turned out to be fake. Even in mid-2019, the company refreshed the Realme U1 series with a new 3GB/64GB model. Realme U2 launch is expected by October.

While the other Realme series will continue to have upgrades, the Realme U series may finally get a successor in 2020 with Realme U2, another selfie-centric Realme smartphone. Realme U2 price will remain in the sub-10,000 segment.

Realme V5

Realme V5 has already been unveiled in China, and may come to India soon. The device features a 6.5-inch Full-HD+ hole-punch display offering 90.7 percent screen-to-body ratio with 90Hz refresh rate and Corning Gorilla Glass protection. It is powered by the Dimensity 720 octa-core processor, 2GHz frequency paired with up to 8GB RAM and 128GB. Realme V5 includes a 48-megapixel primary sensor with f/1.8 aperture and 79.8 degree field of view.

The other sensors include 8-megapixel ultra-wide angle camera with f/2.3 aperture, a 2-megapixel macro camera with f/2.4 aperture and a 2-megapixel monochrome sensor with f/2.4 aperture. Upfront camera includes a 16-megapixel selfie camera with f/2.1 aperture. Realme V5 packs a 5,000mAh battery with 30W flash charging.
