As more and more international flights are getting the green signal across the world, there are new rules and new protocols being introduced by different nations.

Take for example, the case of Kuawait.

This Gulf nation has started all international flights, but has banned all flights from India, and 30 other nations.

Kuwait Bans International Flights From 31 Nations

Kuwait has kickstarted all their international flights: both incoming and outgoing, starting this August.

However, they have banned flights from from 30 countries, which also includes India.

Kuwait has said that no international flights from India and other nations such as Iran, China, Brazil, Lebanon, Spain, Singapore, Egypt and Sri Lanka will be allowed.

Overall, there 31 nations, for which all international flights have been banned by Kuwait.

Kuwait has started operations at their airports with 30% capacity.

Notably, India too has banned all international flights till August 31, and only those flights which are part of the air bubble will be allowed till then.

This ban by Kuwait for international flights from India is a bad news for thousands of NRIs, who are stuck in India, and wish to rejoin their offices/factories/jobs in Kuawait asap.

PCR Tests Compulsory For All Passengers At Dubai Airport

Meanwhile UAE Govt has already announced that PCR Test for Covid-19 is mandatory for all passengers, who are arriving at their airports.

This PCR Test is mandatory for all citizens, residents, tourists and transit passengers.

Children under 12 are exempted from this test, and the test results are valid for 96 hours.

This new policy comes into effect starting August 1st.

UAE’s The National Authority for Emergency and Crisis and Disaster Management and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation have confirmed that any UAE national leaving for US, UK, Europe or any other nation are mandated to have this PCR Test before boarding the flight.
