Redmi Note 9

Redmi Note 9 India launch has been confirmed on July 20. Xiaomi has officially confirmed the Redmi Note 9 launch date in India. The company could bring the budget Redmi Note 9 in India at around Rs 12,000 in the mid-budget category. Redmi Note 9 features a 6.53-inch IPS LCD Full HD+ display with a punch-hole cutout upfront, but on the corner unlike the Redmi Note 9 series. Redmi Note 9 is powered by Helio G85 chipset, the first smartphone to run on the new MediaTek chip. At the back, Redmi Note 9 packs square shaped quad camera design.

The four camera setup on Redmi Note 9 sports a primary 48-megapixel sensor, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide camera, a 2-megapixel depth camera and a 2-megapixel macro camera. Redmi Note 9 runs on Android 10 with MIUI 11 on top. Redmi Note 9 houses a 5,020mAh battery with support for 18W fast charging. The 18W fast charger will ship with the device.

Realme C11

Realme C11 has been launched in India at Rs 7,499. The new Realme device features a 6.5-inch Mini-drop notch display with an HD+ (1600×720) resolution. Realme C11 will be powered by the 2.3GHz MediaTek Helio G35 gaming-centric budget chipset with the HyperEngine technology and IMG PowerVR GE8320 GPU. Realme C11 comes with 2GB RAM and 32GB internal storage with support for additional storage. Realme C11 features a dual camera setup at the back.

The camera setup includes a 13MP primary sensor and 2MP depth sensor with a 5MP selfie camera upfront. Realme C11 houses a 5,000mAh battery and will ship with Android 10-based Realme UI. Realme C11 was unveiled in Malaysia initially.

OnePlus Nord

OnePlus Nord has been officially confirmed by the company to be launching on July 21. The device will be called OnePlus Nord, and the upcoming OnePlus series will be a dedicated budget-focused entry-level flagship device. OnePlus Nord will launch in India and Europe first. The live images are already out revealing the complete design. OnePlus Nord will come with a triple camera running on Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G, so OnePlus Nord will come with 5G support.

Leaked by Slashleaks, the live images show us a punch-hole display upfront. Tipster Ishan Agarwal previously estimated OnePlus Nord to start at Rs 37,500 (converted), expected to come at under Rs 30,000 in India.

Redmi Note 8

Redmi Note 8 price in India has been hiked once again, fifth time since launch. Unveiled in October last year, Redmi Note 8 was launched in India at Rs 9,999. The Redmi Note 8 price has been again hiked by Rs 500. Redmi Note 8 new price starts at Rs 12,499 for the base model with 4GB RAM and 64GB data. Redmi Note 8 with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage is now priced at Rs 14,499. Redmi Note 8 features a 6.3-inch Full HD+ screen offering 90 percent screen-to-body. 

The four camera system on Redmi Note 8 features a primary 48MP Samsung GM1 sensor. Redmi Note 8 runs on Qualcomm Snapdragon 665. The smartphone will come with the same 4,000mAh battery with support for fast charging (18W charger included) and USB Type C port.

Redmi K40

Redmi K40 leaked online alongside Xiaomi 120W charger. The leaked details reveal Redmi K40 with MediaTek Dimensity 1000+ chipset, 120Hz LCD display and 4,500mAh battery. Chinese tipster Digital Chat Station on Weibo leaked out the details hinted at the device being Redmi K40. It was previously spotted with 33W fast charging support on China’s 3C certification site. Redmi K30 was unveiled last year, while the upcoming Redmi K40 could be Poco X3 in India.

Poco X3 could be a remodelled Redmi K40 as well. The new smartphone spotted online could be Redmi K40 as more details are being revealed. The 120W charger from Xiaomi will become the fastest charging technology available commercially.

Oppo Reno 4, Oppo Reno 4 Pro

Oppo Reno 4 and Reno 4 Pro India launch will happen in July. The devices have already been unveiled in China. Reno 4 smartphones will come with punch-hole design, triple camera setup and 5G connectivity. Oppo Reno 4 and Reno 4 Pro features 6.43-inch and 6.55-inch AMOLED displays respectively. They are powered by the Snapdragon 765G SoC with 8GB, 12GB RAM and 128GB, 256GB storage options running on Android 10 OS with ColorOS 7.0 UI.

Oppo Reno 4 Pro sports a 48MP primary sensor, a 12MP secondary lens, and a 13MP sensor. Upfront, it features a 32MP shooter. Reno 4 dons a pill-shaped punch-hole to house a 32MP primary sensor with a 2MP secondary lens. Both Reno 4 phones are backed by 4,000mAh batteries with 65W fast charging support.

Poco M2 Pro

Available now starting at Rs 13,999, the Poco M2 Pro shares a similar design as the already available Redmi Note 9 Pro. The device dons a glass back with dualtone finish of either black, green or grey. The device has a textured finish on the lower side. Poco M2 Pro comes with a similar 6.67-inch LCD display with 60Hz refresh rate. Poco M2 Pro runs on Qualcomm Snapdragon 720G coupled with Adreno 618 GPU.

The new Poco smartphone will have 4GB or 6GB of RAM and 64GB/128GB storage with support for expandable storage. Poco M2 Pro runs on MIUI 11 based on Android 10 and upfront Poco M2 Pro features a 16-megapixel selfie camera inside the punch-hole.

Mi A4

Mi A4 could be coming soon. Mi CC10 series is in the works, and the upcoming CC10 device will probably be remodelled as Mi A4 in India. The device is said to be launching as early as next month, as it will succeed the Xiaomi Mi CC9 series. Mi CC9 in India was unveiled as a remodelled Mi A3, and the upcoming Mi A4 is expected to be remodelled Mi CC10 for India.

Mi A4 concept renders leaked early this year as well and some key details were leaked about the upcoming Xiaomi Android One smartphone. The recent leak about the upcoming Mi A4 sheds more log har about the camera setup and hardware.

Google Pixel 4A

Pixel 4A is said to be launching in July, tipped by serial leakster Jon Prosser. The device will come at a cheaper price tag than the current entry-premium iPhone SE 2020. While amid the pandemic Google Pixel 4A is yet to have a launch date, the pricing leaks continue to pour in, and the latest is said to undercut iPhone SE 2020 by a good margin. The previous leaks hinted at a similar price for Google Pixel 4A as iPhone SE 2020. 

Pixel 4A was said to be Starting at $399 (around Rs 42,500) for the base model. The recent 9to5Google report hints at Pixel 4A starting at $299 (Rs 22,650) for the base model with 64GB storage, while the 128GB Pixel 4A is said to cost $349 (around Rs 26,450).
