Salary Double For These Bank Employees
Employee of Rajasthan Co-operative banks will now get double salary, effective July 1st. This has been confirmed by Rajasthan Cooperative Minister Udayalal Anjana, as an official notification was issued on this regard.
All the employees who have been hired by direct recruitment, for both officers and employees will now doubled. This will benefit all employees and officers of Rajasthan State Cooperative Bank Ltd. (Apex Bank) and District Central Cooperative Bank Ltd.
This also applies to those employees and officers who are on probation.
Which Employees Will Get Benefitted
This decision by Rajasthan Govt to double the salary will benefit mainly 5 categories of employees under Rajasthan Co-operative bank:
- All Senior Managers
- All Managers
- All Banking Assistants
- Every Class 4 category employees
This will benefit the employees of both Rajasthan State Cooperative Bank Ltd. (Apex Bank) and District Central Cooperative Bank Ltd officers and employees.
How Much Salary Will Be Increased
As per Registrar Co-operative Shri Naresh Pal Gangwar, these will be the revised salaries after this announcement by Rajasthan Govt:
- Salary of a senior manager will now become Rs 30680, up from Rs 22180
- Salary of bank manager will now become Rs 23860, which was Rs 14660 earlier
- Salary of banking assistants will now increased to Rs 11950, which was Rs 8910 earlier
- Salary of Class 4 category employees will now increase to Rs 10640 from Rs 4850 earlier.
Why The Salaries Have Been Doubled?
As per Zee News, Rajasthan Govt has increased the salaries of all employees under Co-operative banks under “compassionate grounds”.
