MIUI 12 can be sideloaded with recovery ROMs using TWRP. The global beta has been discontinued last year, so you need to bypass the MIUI beta account whitelisting. Google Play Services will not be available given it’s only meant for Chinese Xiaomi and Redmi devices.

Though you get the language option to choose English. MIUI 12 final build is already in the rollout phase, and multiple devices have received it as Redmi K20, Mi and Redmi K20 Pro.
