Samsung Galaxy A31 Launched In India: Price, Full Specs, Availability, Launch Offers And More

Galaxy A31 has been launched in India. The latest Samsung mid-range smartphone will directly take on smartphones in the mid-range category. Initially unveiled globally, the Samsung Galaxy A31 has now been announced in India with some good specs on-board.

Succeeding Galaxy A30, the all-new Galaxy A31 aims to offer some premium experience on a mid-range budget.

Galaxy A31 packs in a 6.4-inch Full HD+ Super AMOLED display with a 20-megapixel selfie camera. It features a water drop styled notch display running on octa-core MediaTek Helio P65 chipset and 48MP powered quad cameras.

Samsung Galaxy A31 will be available in India via Flipkart online. The company also confirmed that the new Samsung smartphone will also be available offline across retail stores in the country.

Samsung Galaxy A31 price in India is set at Rs 21,999. The new Samsung smartphone has been launched in India in a single variant. Galaxy A31 is priced at Rs 21,999 for the single model offering 6GB of RAM and 128GB storage. The Galaxy A31 price at Rs 21,999 directly puts it against the likes of Redmi K20, Realme X2 and Poco X2.

Samsung confirmed Galaxy A31 will be available across all Samsung partnered retail outlets including Samsung’s own offline stores.

Coming to online availability, Galaxy A31 will be available via Samsung.com, Flipkart and Amazon. Galaxy A31 variants in terms of colours include Blue and Black.

The Galaxy A31 succeeds the current Galaxy A31 and aims to offer some premium experience on a mid-range budget. Though, Galaxy A31 has been launched at a higher price than Samsung Galaxy A30. Samsung Galaxy A31 features a 6.4-inch Full HD+ Super AMOLED Infinity-U display.

The display offers a screen resolution of 1,080 x 2,400 pixels with an in-display fingerprint scanner embedded within. Galaxy A31 is powered by Helio P65 SoC coupled with upto 6GB RAM and 128GB storage.

The Samsung handset supports expandable storage via an external microSD card up to 512GB. Samsung Galaxy A31 runs on the latest Android 10 with Samsung’s own One UI 2 skin on top.

Coming to optics, Samsung Galaxy A31 features a quad camera setup at the back. The quad rear camera system includes a 48MP primary rear camera, a 5MP macro photography unit, 8MP ultra-wide sensor and a 5MP depth sensor.

Upfront, Samsung Galaxy A31 features a 20MP sensor. The device supports 4G LTE with dual-band Wi-Fi and lateo Bluetooth v5.0 connectivity. Galaxy A31 comes with a USB Type-C connector. Galaxy A31 houses a big 5,000mAh battery with support for 15W fast charging. The device ships with the fast charger in the box.
