France based ITeS major Teleperformance has fired 100 employees in Pune, during the lockdown phase.

Teleperformance Firing 100 Employees

As per evidence received by us, Teleperformance located in Pune has fired 100 employees, during the lockdown.

In an email which was shared by the HR to the terminated employees, it was mentioned that due to slowdown in economy, several of their clients have stopped their business with them.

And this is the reason that the employees are being fired.

In one of the email screenshot received, it was mentioned that the terminated employees are provided with a notice period of 60 days.

And, in case the lockdown gets over, then the employees are mandated to report to the office as well.

Here are screenshots of the mails sent by the HR.
