Upcoming Xiaomi Phones

There are multiple Xiaomi phones all set to launch in the coming months of 2020 including some new experimental devices.

Xiaomi Mi 10T

As the Mi 9T from last year, this year the company will be soon unveiling a successor to the current Mi 9T. The Xiaomi Mi 9T was launched as a rebranded Redmi K20 for some of the European markets.

The Xiaomi Mi 10T will launch in some of the markets in Europe as a rebranded Redmi K30 4G.

Redmi K30 4G has already launched in India as Poco X2.

Xiaomi Mi 10T Pro

Just as the Xiaomi Mi 9T Pro, the Xiaomi Mi 10T Pro will be unveiled alongside Mi 10T in some of the markets. Xiaomi Mi 9T Pro was launched as a rebranded Redmi K20 Pro, and this year the Redmi K30 Pro will succeed as Xiaomi Mi 10T Pro.

The company also unveiled a Zoom Edition of K30 Pro this year, so probably another edition of Mi 10T Pro could also launch.

Xiaomi Mi 10S

Xiaomi is supposedly working on a toned-down Mi 10 as well, set to be unveiled in a few months from now. The Xiaomi Mi 10S will come with streamed down features compared to the existing current Mi 10 flagship.

The reports say that Mi 10S will come with a larger display, or could be the same device as the upcoming Poco F2 or Redmi X10.

Xiaomi Mi 10S+ 5G

As Xiaomi Mi 10S will come with streamed down features compared to the existing current Mi 10 flagship, the Xiaomi Mi 10S+ will have a dedicated 5G model with additional features. An upgrade over the Mi 10S, the Xiaomi Mi 10S+ 5G could be powered by Snapdragon 765G.

Xiaomi Mi 10S+ 5G may match with the upcoming Poco F2 Pro 5G or Redmi X10 5G, which will launch as a rebranded smartphone in some markets.

Xiaomi Mi 7 (2020)

Xiaomi skipped the Mi 7 to celebrate the 8 year anniversary. The company will be filling in the gap this year with Xiaomi Mi 7. The Mi 8 came a couple of years back to celebrate the 8 year anniversary. As per the leaked reports, Mi 7 will launch in 2020 as Mi 7 2020.

There already has been flying rumours that Xiaomi is bringing back the Xiaomi Mi 6 as Apple is set to make a comeback with iPhone 9.

Mi MIX 4, Mi MIX 4S

The top-end experimental flagships from Xiaomi will be coming back this year. The company unveiled Mi MIX Alpha, and the Mi MIX 4 and Mi MIX 4S will succeed the current flagship this year.

The smartphones are being expected in late 2020.

Xiaomi Mi CC10, Mi A4

Xiaomi will continue with the Mi CC series in collaboration with Meitu. Mi CC9 will soon be getting a successor, and similarly Mi A3 will have its successor. Xiaomi Mi CC10 will launch as Xiaomi Mi 10 Lite in some markets.

In India, the Xiaomi Mi CC10 will come as Mi A4, the Android One series from Xiaomi in collaboration with Google.

Xiaomi Mi Zero

Xiaomi is said to be working on a different device with an all new display design. This could be the smartphone with the in-display selfie camera without any hole or notch, as Xiaomi has previously confirmed that it has such a device under production.

For now, you can expect the Mi Zero to be a completely holeless phone as the Meizu Zero.

Upcoming Redmi Phones

Among the upcoming Redmi phones, we have a new variant of Redmi Note 9 series alongside Redmi 9 and Redmi 9A. Redmi will also be bringing an all new X series under the brand in 2020.

Redmi Note 10 series is expected in late 2020, which will include the Redmi Note 10 and Redmi Note 10 Pro apart from other variants.

Redmi 9, Redmi 9A

The new Redmi 8 successors are ready, and they could be launching as early as April. The company has already been throwing hints about the upcoming Redmi 9 smartphones: Redmi 9 and Redmi 9A. The Redmi 9A will probably be powered by the MediaTek Helio G70 chip.

Redmi 9 and Redmi 9A will succeed Redmi 8 and Redmi 8A respectively.

Redmi Note 9S+

Said to be a rebranded Redmi Note 9 Pro Max, the Redmi Note 9S+ will come with the same features as Redmi Note 9 Pro Max. The Redmi Note 9S+ will launch in some other markets with the same design and specs, but with a different name.

Redmi X10 4G

The Redmi X series will finally come in 2020. Been in the news since last year, the Redmi X10 4G is said to be coming soon. The Redmi X smartphone is going to be the first device under the new Redmi X series, the Redmi X10 4G.

The Poco F2 and Xiaomi Mi 10S are said to be the same device, to be named differently for different markets.

Redmi X10 5G

Redmi X10 will also be launched in a special 5G model. The Redmi X10 smartphone will mark the beginning of Redmi X series, and as the 4G version, Redmi X10 will be available with a 5G model.

The Redmi X10 5G is said to be the same as Poco F2 Pro 5G and Xiaomi Mi 10S+ 5G for different markets.

The Redmi X10 5G smartphone is going to be one of the first devices under the Redmi X series, the Redmi X10 5G.

Upcoming Poco Phones

Xiaomi will continue to push multiple phones under its recently separated Poco brand. Now an independent entity, Poco will launch several smartphones in 2020.

Poco X2 Pro

In India, the upcoming Redmi K30 Pro may launch as Poco X2 Pro as per some reports. Already unveiled in China, Redmi K30 Pro may come to India in April or later, either under Redmi brand or as Poco F2 or Poco X2 Pro.  Poco X2 is a rebranded Redmi K30 4G unit.

Similarly, the company may again choose to go with a rebranded phone for Poco, the independent brand from Xiaomi’s umbrella.

Poco F2

As per the rumours, Poco F2 could be launching in the second half of 2020 as a rebranded Redmi X10 and Xiaomi Mi 10S. The upcoming Poco F2 could be the same as the Redmi X10, which may launch in India as Poco F2.

Poco F2 Pro 5G

As Poco F2, the Poco F2 will be available with a special maxed out variant. It’s going to be the Poco F2 Pro, which will also support 5G, making the Poco F2 Pro 5G a dedicated 5G device.

The Poco F2 Pro 5G will probably be the same device as the Xiaomi 10S+ 5G and Redmi X10 5G.
