Vivo V19 Is Vivo’s 1st Ever V-Series Smartphone In India: Leaks Suggest SD 712 Chipset, 32MP Selfie Camera & More!

Not many days are left for the launch of Vivo V19, and an image of the phone has already been spotted. And no, these aren’t the promotional images! 

The leak has revealed a lot of interesting details about the phone, read on to find out!

Vivo V19 Leaked; All You Should Know!

Ishan Agarwal, “serial leakster”, has revealed details about the Vivo V19 on Twitter along with images of the phone. As per Agarwal, the Vivo V19 will be powered with a Qualcomm 712 processor.

He also said that the phone will be available for sale in the first week of April. He tweeted, “Live Images of the upcoming #vivoV19! The device will be coming with a Snapdragon 712 Processor. It will be available starting the first week of April. Looks pretty good, don’t you think?”

He also went on to talk about the phone’s price, which might be under Rs. 30,000. The images in his tweet also show that the phone will come with a rectangular quad camera set-up at the rear.

Specifications And Features Of The Vivo V19

Along with the SD 712, the Vivo V19 will have Vivo’s FunTouch OS 10, which is based on Android 10.

The phone will flaunt a huge 6.44-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a 20:9 aspect ratio, and 409 PPI.  It will have a 4500 mAh battery and support 33W Vivo Flash Charge 2.0, which is better than the model launched in Indonesia, which supported only 18W of fast charging.

We also know that the phone will have a curved glass design at the back, similar to that of the phones launched before, i.e.,  the V17 Pro and the V17, and will be launched in two colours – Mystic Silver and Piano Black.

The camera of the phone will be a quad-camera set-up at the back with a 48 MP primary camera, an MP secondary super wide-angle camera, a 2MP macro camera, and a 2Mp depth sensor. For the selfie camera, the Vivo V19 will have a 32MP primary camera and an 8MP super wide-angle camera.

Vivo V19’s Indian version will have the following variants:

• 8 GB RAM + 128 GB ROM
• 8 GB RAM + 256 GB ROM

There will also be a triple card slot, an in-display fingerprint scanner, Bluetooth 5.0, 4G, and Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n.

Expected Price of Vivo V19 In India

The estimated price for the base variant of the Vivo V19 is around Rs 25,000. In Indonesia, the base variant of the phone (8 GB + 125 GB) costs about Rs. 22100, and the higher variant, (8 GB + 256 GB) costs about Rs. 25700.

However, while estimating the price of the Vivo V19, we have to take into consideration the GST rate of mobile phones that has been upped from 12% to 18%. As per reports, the phone will be available for buyers by the first week of April 2020.
