Ather 450X Launching In Pune

Ather Energy, makers of Ather 450X has informed us that they will soon launch their electric scooter in Pune, and 7 other cities. Till now, Ather sold their e-Scooter only in Chennai and Bengaluru.

As per reports coming in, dealers in Pune are receiving an encouraging response, and soon, Ather 450X will be seen zipping around across Pune roads.

Ather 450X Electric Scooter: Feature Highlights

• Ather 450X comes with 6kW PMSM motor
• The scooter comes in 4 ride modes: Eco, Ride, and Sport, and the new, super charged Warp mode
• This scooter can go from  0 to 40 kmph in just 3.3 sec in ‘Warp’ mode, which makes it the quickest electric scooter in its category
• It has a new 2.9 kWh lithium-ion battery
• The battery has a Indian Drive Cycle (IDC) range of 116 km and a real-life range of 85 km in city conditions
• The scooter will charge faster (by 50%), at 1.5km per minute, which makes it as the fastest charging scooter in India right now

Price Of 450X In Pune

Ather has introduced a unique subscription-based pricing for their new 450X scooter.

There are two variants: Plus and Pro, and the downpayment for both is Rs 99,000.

However, under the subscription method, Plus has a monthly charge of Rs 1699, while the Pro variant has a monthly subscription of Rs 1999.

Ather has said, “With the Maharashtra government finalising EV policies for the state the price of the vehicle is likely to differ from other states.”
