Realme 6i Price, Specs: Again Spotted, Launching Soon In India
Realme 6i has been spotted again, and it now clearly hints at a launch soon. The device is said to be certified by NBTC in Thailand, indicating at a launch very soon. The model number RMX2040 denotes Realme 6i, the certification number.
Realme 6i till now has been certified in Russia, India, Malaysia, Singapore and now Thailand’s NBTC joins the list.
Realme 6i was recently certified by IMDA in Singapore.
Realme 6 series is expected to hit the market very soon, and Realme 6i will launch in the country by mid 2020. Realme 6 series is expected to include four smartphones: Realme 6 and Realme 6 Pro along with Realme 6S and Realme 6i.
Realme 6i Certified Again, Now By NBTC In Thailand
The report confirms Realme 6i has received NBTC certification in Thailand with the model number: RMX2040. It’s the same model number certified at other countries, confirming it’s Realme 6i.
Realme 6i will naturally succeed Realme 5i, the recently launched Realme smartphone in India.
Realme 6i till now has been received cerification by Singapore’s IMDA (Infocomm Media Development Authority). There have been multiple Realme smartphones certified by this Singapore regulatory body including Realme C3, successor to the entry budget Realme C2.
Realme C3 and Realme C3s have been certified in Singapore and Thailand respectively.
While the certification hasn’t revealed anything about Realme 6i, it confirms the existence. Realme 6i will be available with the model number RMX2040. The same model number was spotted on the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC).

Realme 6i is in the making, or has already been certified. The company is known to bring in successors in quick succession, and hence Realme 6i will soon launch in a few months after Realme 6 and Realme 6 Pro are unveiled.

Coming to Realme 6i specs, Realme 6i will be a toned-down version of the upcoming Realme 6.
Realme 6 has already been tipped multiple times to be running on Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 chipset. It currently powers Realme 3 Pro, and it being on Realme 6 can bring some tough competition in the budget category.
Realme 6 has also said to come with a rear penta-lens camera setup.
The Realme 6 series could become the first ever budget smartphone series in the world, or the first smartphones in the budget category to feature penta camera systems or five rear cameras.
Similarly, Realme 6i will come with a penta camera system at the back running on Snapdragon 710. The system will house a massive battery, expected around 5,000mAh and not less running on the newly unveiled Realme UI, built on ColorOS 7 based on Android 10.

Realme 6i will basically cater to the budget category, the price segment below Realme 6 category.
Apart from Realme 6 and Realme 6 Pro, the company will unveil two other budget models: Realme 6S and Realme 6i. Realme 6i price is other markets will vary, while the prices in southeast Asian markets will have lesser differences.
