Kia Carnival

Kia Carnival is one of the premium cars to be launched at the Auto Expo on Feb 5. If you are looking for a natural upgrade from a Toyota Innova Crysta or a Tata Hexa, Kia’s Carnival is the car for you. It is a stretched MPV and its rear doors will be electric and sliding. There will be captain seats on the car, a 2.2-litre engine powered by diesel and a lot of feel-good features. The international Kia Carnival will have a dual panoramic sunroof, rear-seat entertainment screens and dual-zone climate control. The car will be priced somewhere between Rs 27 lakh and Rs 36 lakh.

Kia QYI

The Kia QYI is a codename and will probably be called the Sonnet. It is said to be based on the Hyundai Venue and it will follow the Seltos in the Kia lines. It will probably come with equipment and the engines that are similar to the Hyundai Venue, 1.2 litres and 1.0-litre turbocharged petrol engine. However, there will be a slightly detuned version of the 1.5-litre diesel engine from its elder sibling.

Kia Seltos X-Line

The Seltos X-Line will be able to heavy-duty off-roading, which was not the case where Kia Seltos was concerned. The Kia Seltos X-Line was first shown at 2019 LA Auto Show and there is a chance that it will be launched at the Expo. It will have lifted suspension, higher ground clearance and auxiliary lights and a lot of cosmetic and mechanical upgrades.

Kia Optima K5

This is another premium sedan by Kia, and will compete against the Skoda Superb, Honda Accord and the Toyota Camry. There are a lot of interesting features on this one, despite the segment being on its last breath, such as LED headlamps with DRLs, floating touchscreen, head-up display, sound mood lighting, ventilated seats and UVO connected tech. It will have a 2.5-litre engine that will be naturally aspirated and a 1.6 litre turbocharged engine.

In addition to these four, Kia might unveil the Soul, Sportage and Telluride at the Auto Expo 2020.
