OnePlus 8 live images are out, and the new OnePlus design technology have something new onboard. To offer a notch-less viewing experience, OnePlus 8 will come with a punch-hole camera up front without a pop-up sensor or notch.

OnePlus 8 will also add up an extra sensor, so it will be the first OnePlus device to feature a quad camera setup.

The upcoming OnePlus 8 series has some exciting new features to offer. Well no more notches or pop-up sensors, OnePlus to have a new design technology for the OP 8 series. OnePlus 8 Pro was recently leaked to be coming with a 120Hz display instead of 90Hz.

OnePlus 8 Live Images: OnePlus 8 Real Life Images Leaked

After multiple leaks, finally the lives images are here. The rumoured real-life images of the much-awaited OnePlus 8 is here. The leaked images by SlashGear show a new design technology, a new display, a new rear camera system, new front cameras and much more. 

OnePlus 8 photos reveal a new punch hole display on top. Also, the display has a curved 90Hz panel this time, a first for a OnePlus standard model. 

Coming to the rear camera module, it’s going to sport a similar design as OnePlus 7 or OnePlus 7 Pro, but with an additional sensor. OnePlus 8 won’t have a circular shaped rear camera module as OnePlus 7T.

The additional sensor on OnePlus 8 image can be easily spotted. The cameras are stacked vertically, and the array has grown taller than previous OnePlus smartphones.

Up front, OnePlus 8 will have a dual-curved screen design with a capsule shaped dual-punch-hole camera on the top-right side. It’s very similar to what we previously saw on Samsung Galaxy S10 Plus. The dual front camera will stay on the side of the notification bar at the top.

OnePlus 8 will come with a glass sandwich body featuring a matt finish mixed with metal. Starting with design technology, pretty much will remain the same. OnePlus 8 design will be similar to already leaked OnePlus 8 and it will come with a capsule sized punch-hole display.

Just as OnePlus 7 Pro, the upcoming OnePlus 7 Pro will also come with curved edges.

The circles shaped camera isn’t coming back as we saw on OnePlus 7T. There will be a four camera setup at the back with additional features to offer professional photography.

OnePlus 8 Display, To Come With Punch Hole Curved Panel

This time OnePlus 8 will have a curved display but with a punch-hole instead and not any mechanical part as the predecessor, a pop-up sensor. OnePlus 8 will have a slightly larger display this time at 6.65-inch, up from the 6.5-inch screen size, which has been already leaked for the standard OnePlus 8.

It’s going to be 6.65-inch Super AMOLED 90Hz panel with a punch hole on the display.

OnePlus 8 will come with the same 90Hz refresh rate display, as OnePlus confirmed all future OnePlus phones will have the feature. OnePlus 8 Pro is said to feature a more enhanced 120Hz display.

OnePlus 8 Camera, Quad Cameras For The First Time

Coming to optics, OnePlus 8 will come with four cameras at the back. OnePlus 8 is going to be the first OnePlus smartphone by the company to come with a quad camera system. However, as earlier leaked, the OnePlus Pro model won’t be coming with an in-display selfie camera.

The past renders did show that the smartphone will come with a punch-hole display in place of a pop-up module, and this matches.

With the three rear cameras at the back, the smartphone will now include a 3D ToF sensor placed next to it as Redmi Note 8 Pro or Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Plus with three camera sensors stacked vertically. The OnePlus logo will stay at the back as same.

OnePlus 8 Hardware, OnePlus 8 With Snapdragon 865

The upcoming OnePlus 8 will come with latest Qualcomm chip, Snapdragon 865 processor. The chipmaker already unveiled the flagship chip, and OnePlus 8 series is going to be one of the first smartphones to come with the new Qualcomm flagship processor.

Snapdragon 865 will be available on both the OnePlus 8 smartphones: OnePlus 8 and OnePlus 8 Pro. The new chip will be unveiled on December 3.

Additional OnePlus 8 Features

On the sides of OnePlus 8, the same Alert Slider and Power button will be on the right edge, while the Volume Button will stay at the left. Finally the design has the USB Type-C port at the bottom, redesigned speaker grille, hole for the mic and no pop-up selfie camera

The thickness of the device is expected to be around 11mm including the rear camera bump.

In terms of the changes, there will be a new software, additional depth-sensing 3D ToF camera, 3D photography, AR, portrait mode images. OnePlus 8 series may also have a special 5G variant or support for some specific countries.
