Recently a news broke out that Redmi Note 9 isn’t coming next year, and instead Mi Note 10 series will replace Redmi Note 9 and Redmi Note 9 Pro. It’s still yet to be confirmed, but for now it’s sure the Xiaomi Mi Note 10 series is coming: Mi Note 10 and Mi Note 10 Pro.

With a wide line-up set to launch soon, Xiaomi India will be aggressively bringing smartphones in different budget segments to compete against the BBK giants. Here are the top upcoming Xiaomi phones in India.

Redmi Note 8T

The live Redmi Note 8T images are now out, and the launch is expected very soon. Xiaomi is ready with the new Redmi Note 8 smartphone, as per the leaked sources. The company has been upgrading its smartphones very quick since last one year, and the latest generations have very little gap. Hence a T model will allow the company to offer the upgraded features on a new Redmi Note 8T in a short period instead of launching a new generation series altogether.

The freshly leaked Redmi Note 8T smartphone will probably feature Qualcomm’s latest gaming-centric budget Snapdragon 730G chip. Among the other features, it’s expected to mostly remain the same. Redmi Note 8T will have better AI-powered gaming features, some added features, MIUI 11 out of the box and an enhanced camera processor.

Redmi K30 Pro

Redmi K30 has been confirmed, and the first Redmi K30 teaser is already out. Xiaomi will again launch two more flagship smartphones in India under sub-brand Redmi. Company GM Lu Weibing confirmed the naming with some hints about the specs. As Redmi K20 series, the Redmi K30 lineup will also include two entry-level premium flagship smartphones: standard Redmi K30 and Redmi K30 Pro. The top-model, Redmi K30 Pro will run on the latest Snapdragon 855+ and with other flagship-grade features.

Redmi K30 Pro will also come with 5G support and multiple upgrades. K30 Pro will also have a punch-hole display and not have a pop-up sensor among the new upgrades including a 64MP powered quad camera system with 50X zoom, 50W fast charging and probably a 120Hz display.

Mi A3 Pro / Mi CC9 Pro

Xioami is supposedly bringing Mi A3 Pro soon. The Xiaomi Mi CC9 Pro has officially launched, and it may launch to India as a remodelled Mi A3 Pro. The company launched a remodelled Mi CC9 in the country as Mi A3, and now with Mi CC9 Pro being launched in China, it could come to India as Mi A3 Pro soon. Xiaomi is also focusing more on the Mi series to re-brand some product lines, hence chances of Mi CC9 Pro launching in India as Mi A3 Pro are high.

Mi CC9 Pro have some top notch features onboard, and so Mi A3 Pro will also includes the same as: Snapdragon 730G processor, a 108MP camera triple rear camera system and 4,000 mAh battery, Android 10 out of the box, 20W fast charging and more.

Poco F2

There are wide rumours making news that Xiaomi’s sub-brand POCO is coming back. Xiaomi has repeatedly dismissed the rumours of the brand closing down. The new rumours suggest that the company will soon launch a new device. As an upgrade, Poco F2 will come with a dot-notch display and thin bezels on the sides with a slight chin at the bottom. Poco F2 will feature an AMOLED screen, 48MP powered triple rear camera system, rear-mounted fingerprint scanner instead of in-display fingerprint scanner, Snapdragon 855 and Android 9 Pie-based MIUI 11.

Poco F2 will come with Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 SoC coupled with 6GB or 8GB of RAM featuring a 6.39-inch AMOLED display. Poco F1 still remains the most affordable Snapdragon 845-powered smartphone, and similarly Poco F2 will again launch in the same 20,000-range in India.

Mi Note 10 Series: Mi Note 10, Mi Note 10 Pro

Mi Note 10 and Mi Note 10 Pro have been certified and spotted on multiple certification sites from Thailand and China. The chances of Mi Note 10 smartphones launching in India are thin, but they may come to India as remodelled Redmi flagships. Xiaomi Mi Note 10 and Mi Note 10 Pro both are being leaked to to come with the latest Qualcomm flagship chip, the Snapdragon 855+ SoC. Mi Note 10 and Mi Note 10 Pro are also alleged to feature 120Hz displays.

The Mi Note devices will launch soon, and probably in November. Mi Note 10 devices will come with 50X zoom support. The smartphones will probably have a quad camera system with support for optical 50X zoom with the help of a periscope styled setup. The presence of 50X zoom has been spotted on the recent MIUI 11 Camera app version.

Redmi K30

Redmi has officially teased Redmi K30, the next generation top-end K series smartphone is coming very soon. The company GM has confirmed that they are working on the K20 series successors, Redmi K30 and Redmi K30 Pro. The new Redmi K30 will not come with pop-up camera as the current Redmi K20 series, but will have a punch-hole approach on the front instead, as Samsung Galaxy S10 Plus. The Redmi K30 series flagships will come with a dual punch-hole capsule shaped setup. 

Redmi K30 is the first Redmi phone to come with a punch-hole screen. Not only dual selfie camera, Redmi K30 has also been rumoured to come with quad cameras as well. K30 will feature a four camera setup sporting four different sensors to be powered by a 64MP sensor. 

Redmi 8 Pro

Xiaomi India has already unveiled Redmi 8A and Redmi 8 in the country, two of the three smartphones in the Redmi 8 series. While the company is yet to confirm the smartphone, Redmi 8 Pro may launch later in the year in the sub-10,000 segment with better features and functions. Redmi 8 Pro will feature a Full HD+ notched display compared to the only-HD displays on Redmi 8A and Redmi 8.

Redmi 8 Pro will also be getting a better processor, triple camera system, big battery and fast charging support. Redmi 8 Pro will challenge the likes of Realme 5 and upcoming Realme 5 with some better features.
