Redmi 7A With SD 439, AI Face Lock Launched In India For Rs 5,999: Checkout Specs, Discount Offers & More!

Redmi 7A, the entry-level smartphone from Redmi has been officially launched today.

The price starts from Rs 5,999, and this successor of Redmi 6A is creating ripples everywhere due to the aggresive pricing.

During the launch event, Redmi informed that they have successfully sold 23.6 million Redmi 4A, Redmi 5A, and Redmi 6A smartphones in India, till April, 2019.

Redmi 7A Launched With Snapdragon 439 Processor

Redmi 7A is powered with Snapdragon 439 processor, which features a solid 2.0Ghz octa-core processor and Adreno 505 graphics for better visuals.

In May, the same Redmi 7A was launched in China, with the same processor, but costing a bit high.

Redmi 7A Camera, Design

Redmi 7A features 12 MP rear camera, with Sony IMX486 sensor and very soon, it will also have AI Scene Detection feature.

It has a basic 5 megapixel front selfie camera, which has AI Facelock feature.

A decent 5.45-inch screen HD+ display exists, it has a splash-proof design, along with enforced corners for more durability, and shock-absorbing quality. 

and the smartphone is available in three colors: Matte Blue, Matte Gold, and Matte Black.

As per Redmi, the smartphone has 4,000mAh battery, which can easily give 30 hours of VoLTE calling support.

As per Xiaomi India Head, Redmi 7A will have 66% components make in India, and this way, this becomes a Make in India smartphone.

Redmi 7A: Variants, Price

2GB/16GB is the basic variant, which has been priced at Rs 5999

2GB/32GB is the higher variant, priced at Rs 6,1999

Both the variants have microSD card slot available.

Redmi 7A: Offers, Discounts

In case anyone buys Redmi 7A this month, then flat Rs 200 discount has been offered. This is part of the company’s fifth year anniversary. Meanwhile, as part of the celebrations, Redmi 7A’s 2GB/32GB variant will be available for Rs 5,999 only.

Sales of Redmi 7A will start from July 11th, across Flipkart, Mi.com and Mi Home Stores.

There is also a possibility of flash sales, in the initial days. More details are awaited.
