Tata Altroz

The Tata Altroz is a premium hatchback, which will probably come with a 1.2-litre naturally-aspirated engine and a 1.5-litre diesel engine. An automated-manual transmission will also be there, with a 5-speed manual. These engines will be similar to that of Nexon. The car will be equipped with a 7-inch floating touchscreen, auto climate control, large MID and a flat bottom steering as well.

Expected Price: Rs. 6 lakh

Tata Buzzard

The Tata Buzzard is Tata’s flagship SUV, with a 6-speed manual gearbox and a 2.0-litre diesel engine. The engine is sourced to Fiat and will give 140PS of power and 350Nm of torque.

It is exactly the same as Tata Harrier, with changes in seating, and design. Where the Tata Harrier is 5-seater, the Tata Buzzard is a 7-seater version of the same car. The car’s rear end, tail lamps, the bumper design will all be revamped in the Tata Buzzard.

Tata H2X Concept (Hornbill)

Tata Hornbill is termed as the entry-level micro- SUV and will be in a similar range as the  Ignis, Swift and KUV100. The engine of this car will come in versions, the 1.2-litre petrol engine with 85PS of power and produces 114Nm of torque and a 1.05-litre 70PS/140Nm diesel engine. However, with Tata putting a halt on its diesel engines, it is likely that this car will only come with a petrol engine variant.

Expected Price: Rs 5.5 lakh-Rs 8.5 lakh.

Expected Launch: 2020

Tata Tigor EV

This is the electric version of the previously launched Tata Tigor model and is equipped with a 3-Phase AC induction motor with an underseat fuel tank. The engine boasts of going as high as 130 Km at a top speed of 100 km/h. The battery is of 216 Ah which will take around 6 hours for a full charge with a normal charger. The turbocharger does 80% of this task within 90 minutes. projector headlamps, 15-inch alloy wheels, adjustable mirrors, and other such features will probably be present.

Tata Nexon JTP

The Tata Nexon JTP will be launched with a 1.0-litre turbo-petrol engine and is expected to churn out power more than the traditional Nexon’s 110 hp power. This engine will be as per the BS-VI emission norms set by the Government. A body kit, with a bigger air dam, and bigger housings for the fog lamps is expected to come with the car, along with smoked projector headlamps, side skirts, new design alloy wheels.

Tata E-Vision

The E-Vision by Tata is a sedan by Tata Motors and is based on the Impact Design 2.0, and will feature high-end features such as cloud computing, analytics, geospatial mapping, and increased human-machine interface. The E-Vision will come with two electric motors and a battery pack, which will be under the seat. It has both slow AC charging and fast DC charging and can travel 350-420 km on a single charge.

Tata 45X

Another premium hatchback by Tata, the Tata 45X will compete with the  Maruti Suzuki Baleno, Volkswagen Polo and Hyundai Elite i20 cars. This is also a car that is from the Impact Design 2.0 family. Apparently, the car will be fitted with the same engine as that of Tata Nexon. The features of the car are definitely stylish and attractive.

Expected Price: Rs. 9 lakh – Rs. 12 lakh

Expected Launch: Late 2019.
