Karbonn Mobile Company to Shut Down

News has confirmed that New Delhi based Karbonn Mobile India Private Limited has filed for closure. As per filings made with Ministry Of Corporate Affairs by Karbonn, the company has laid down its arms. The row in front of company status is written: “Under Process of Striking Off.” the company, along with Micromax, Intex, Lava, competed with the Chinese smartphones and took over 40% of the Indian smartphone market. Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 Pro Gets Fortnite Support

In the recent past, Xiaomi had revealed that it was working with Epic Games and Qualcomm to enable Fortnite in the Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 Pro. And now, the Chinese smartphone giant is launching a new update to the Redmi Note 7 Pro users, which will enable users to play Fortnite. The update will be of MIUI 10.2.10.0 to the update and Snapdragon 675 SoC, which has made this possible.

Airtel Wynk Tube Video and Music Streaming Service Announced

Airtel is planning to launch its own video and music streaming portal, called Wynk Tube. The telecom operator intends to build the app for India and reach Tier II, Tier III towns and villages of the country. Wynk Tube will have over 40 lakh songs and videos too. The streaming service will support 12 Indian regional languages such as Hindi, Tamil, Marathi, Kannada, Telugu, and Bhojpuri and others.

TikTok App Back on Google Play and Apple Store

TikTok app has probably seen the maximum number of controversies in India. Sustaining all those, the popular video making and sharing app is now available on Google Play Store and App Store as well. The app had been banned by the Madras High Court and the ban has been lifted as well. Given that Bytedance, which is the parent company of TikTok obeys some conditions set by the High Court, the app is free to be downloaded.

Angry Birds AR Version Launched

The popular video game, Angry Birds has been launched again by its developer Rovio. The first ever AR version of the game has been launched and will be called Angry Birds AR: Isle of Pigs. this game has been developed in collaboration with Resolution Game and will feature the the characters Red, Bomb, Chuck, and the Blues and the green pigs too. The new version of Angry Birds will be a puzzle based on physics and has 50 levels for the player to pass.

Redmi Y3 on Sale in India

Last week, Redmi Y3 was launched and will be on sale in India on Mi.com, Amazon.in and Mi Home. there are two variants of the phone, 3 GB + 32 GB, which is priced at Rs. 9999 and 4 GB + 64 GB variant, which will cost Rs. 11,999. The phone is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 632 processor and a 4000 mAh battery too. The phone’s unique selling point is the 32MP selfie camera.
