Ban on TikTok Lifted by Madras High Court

TikTok was banned earlier in this month, but the ban has been lifted now by the Madras High Court. Everyone is now free to install this app and use it as well. The primary reason the app was banned was the obscene content being spread on the platform. OnePlus 7, 7 Pro Specs Leaked

OnePlus is all set to launch the OnePlus 7 on May 14 in an event in New York. Days ahead of the launch, specifications of the OnePlus 7 and OnePlus 7 Pro have been leaked online. Both the phones will come in two variants, 6 GB + 128 GB and 8 GB + 256 GB. apparently, there will also be a 12 GB + 256 GB model. Both the smartphones will function on Snapdragon 855 processor.

Xiaomi Files Patent For Weird Looking Notch

There are a lot of designs of notches and Xiaomi has filed a patent for yet another one. However, the notch design is quite awkward looking as it is inverted. This means the notch will extend upwards from the phone like a popup camera placed at the center. Xiaomi’s intentions behind developing such a notch would be to make ultra-thin bezels on a smartphone. The smartphone giant has not confirmed anything yet and such a patent does not mean that the pan will be put into action.

Microsoft Windows 7 To Stop Receiving Support

Microsoft had promised its Windows 7 users, at the time of its release, that 10 years of product support will be provided to them. This time of 10 years has ended, however, and Microsoft will soon stop supporting Windows 7 from January 14, 2020. The company has started alerting users to upgrade their PCs to Windows 10. Another option for users is to change to Linux distribution before the last date.

Intel 9th Gen Core i9 and Others For Gaming Laptops

Intel has announced the upgradation of its H-Series Core Processor line for laptops, especially high performing ones and gaming laptops, 9th Gen Core i9, Core i7, and Core i5. These models will be based on the ‘Coffee Lake’ architecture. The target set by Intel is majorly gamers and content creators. The new 8-core Core i9-9980HK has a peak turbo boost speed of 5GHz.the Indian retail prices or availability dates have not been announced yet.

Google Pixel 3a Leaked

Leaks of Google Pixel 3a have been spotted before the launch of the phone, which is set to be on May 7. Apparently, the design will not be any different than the design of the standard Pixel 3. Google will probably make the power button orange instead of mint green, like that of Pixel 3. This is to differentiate the Pixel 3a from Pixel 3.
