Asus Zenfone 6 Spotted On Geekbench

Set to release on May 16, Asus Zenfone 6 has been spotted on Geekbench benchmark database. This next flagship from Asus has been listed as ASUS I01WD. As per the leaks, the phone is rumored to function on Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 octa-core processor. Additionally, the phone is being tested on the Android 9.0 Pie OS update.

The variant spotted on Geekbench has a 6 GB RAM, and as certified by the Wi-Fi Alliance, the phone will support Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac dual-band.

There have been speculations about the physical aspects of the phone. It may come with a punch-hole camera cut-out and it is supposed to have no notch and bezels either. There were rumors about the phone being equipped with a triple-camera setup on the back panel and an off-center display notch.

Another possibility is that the phone will come with a pop-up selfie camera, like the Vivo V15 Pro and OPPO F11 Pro.

Moving on to the Geekbench scores of Asus Zenfone 6, they are pretty decent. In the single-core test, the phone scored 3,527, while the multi-core test numbers were 11,190. Expected to be launched in India soon after the global launch in Valencia, Spain, Asus Zenfone 6 is estimated to be priced at Rs. 30,000.

Apple’s iPhone 7 Production In India

In a positive move for #MakeinIndia, Apple has initiated the production of iPhone 7 at its Taiwanese supplier Wistron’s facility in Bengaluru. As per reports, it was last year when Wistron invested Rs. 3,000 crore in the Narasupra industrial sector in Karnataka’s Kolar district. The company started with the assembly of low-end iPhones such as iPhone SE, iPhone 6 and will now move on to iPhone 7.

While T-Series was unperturbed about the whole battle, fans of PewDiePie aka Felix Arvid Ulf Kjellberg were playing dirty tricks to get their hero to win the competition. Xiaomi has always been working to make the front camera disappear. Now, there is news that Xiaomi has filed for another patent which has hinted at two different possibilities of the camera setup, and both will ensure that the screen of the phone is bezel-less and notch-free. As per reports, both the versions are in the development stage and the company is yet to build a prototype

Motorola P40’ Features Revealed

Motorola P40’s features have been revealed by Pricebaba and Onleaks, which say that the phone will come with a punch-hole display and a triple-camera setup. The phone is set to function on Snapdragon 675 and looks similar to Motorola P30. it is also rumoured to come in two variants: 4GB RAM + 64GB storage, and 6GB RAM + 128GB.
