Long Term Plans For Cable Users: Changing Rules

When the new Cable TV regime came into force, there was all chaos regarding the long term plan users of various DTH providers.

Initially, it was told that all long term plans will automatically expire, and the users will be asked to choose new plans.

Then, TRAI intervened and informed that all long term plans can work smoothly, and once they expire, then only users will need to opt for new cable TV plans.

Meanwhile, Tata Sky removed all long term plans and created more chaos.

But then, better sense prevailed and Tata Sky not only introduced long term plans but also offered free credits for choosing the same.

Now, D2h too has offered free subscription, which makes things more interesting: Now, users will have several choice, if long-term plans is their agenda.

We are now expecting that Dish TV and Sun TV and cable operators too will offer such long term plans, with exciting offers.
