Google OK Will No More Unlock Smartphones

Google is withdrawing support for it’s Google OK command to unlock the smartphone. Earlier, you could use it to unlock your phone. The feature used Voice Match technology to unlock the device. But the software company is now getting rid of it’s “OK Google” command in an upcoming update, which will remove the unlocking capability from all the supported devices.

Redmi Note 7 Pro First Sale

Redmi Note 7 Pro is going up for sale for the first time in the country today. The sale starts at 12MP via Flipkart and Mi.com (India). The smartphone is available in two storage versions: 64GB and 128GB, starting at Rs 13,999. Redmi Note 7 Pro packs in a dot notch display, Snapdragon 675 chip, rear dual cameras including a 48MP Sony IMX 586 sensor, glass sandwich body and 4,000mAh battery.

New Airtel Rs 398 Plan Launched

Airtel has launched a new Rs 398 plan offering more data and free calls. You can enjoy 1.5GB 3G/4G data per day for a period of 70 days. So, it’s 105GB data with unlimited free calls (local, STD and roaming) and 90 free SMSes per day.
The Rs 398 plan sits alongside the Rs 399 plan, but with more added benefits and data and a lesser validity period.

Samsung Launches New 4K UHD TVs Starting At Rs 41,990

Samsung has announced a whole new 4K UHD TV lineup in the country at a very aggressive prices to take on Xiaomi 4K Mi TVs. The Samsung 4K UHD TV lineup comes in three sizes: 43-inch, 50-inch and 55-inch. The new Samsung TVs support Live Cast, Tune Station, Screen Mirroring, lag-free gaming and real 4K. The Samsung 4K TVs are going to be online exclusive, to be available via Amazon, Flipkart and Samsung Online Shop.

Android Q Beta Program

The Android Q Beta could be coming as early as this week. The rumoured list of the supported smartphones are already out, and it may support more Android phones than listed. The first beta version will first go to Google Pixel devices and developers to try out the new OS, including OnePlus and Nokia devices. More smartphones will be a part of the program as well compared to the previous Android Pie beta program.

Xiaomi TV Price Cut

After Samsung announced it’s own latest 4K UHD TV lineup, Xiaomi has discounted Rs 2,000 off on it’s Mi TV 4 PRO 55-inch 4K TV. The Mi TV 4 PRO will now be available at a Rs 2,000 discount at Rs 47,999 only. The Mi TV 4 PRO come with a 55-inch frameless display supporting 4K output. The Mi TV 4 PRO 55 is the thinnest Android TV in India right now with Android TV 8.1 Oreo and Patchwall OS.

Realme Holi Days Sale Price Cut: Realme U1, Realme 2 Pro

Realme U1 and Realme 2 Pro will be available at a special discounted price on Amazon. Realme is hosting Realme Holi Days sale from March 12 to March 15 on Flipkart, Amazon and Realme’s online store. Both Realme 2 Pro and Realme U1 has received a flat discount of Rs 1,000 at the Realme Holi Days sale.
