Realme 3 Images Leaked; Now Realme Devices Will Be Available Via 20,000 Outlets

Realme is speeding up it’s expansion at a lightning speed, and may soon take over Samsung and Xiaomi in the country. The ex-Oppo sub-brand is only 9-month old, and it’s already been in the top four smartphones brands in the last quarter.

All its smartphones has been extremely successful in the market.

After five Realme devices, the company is now all set to unveil its sixth next week on March 4, Realme 3. While the company has a lot to offer in 2019, Realme is now focusing on its distribution network.

The new FDI rules have forced the company to move offline.

While India’s majority of smartphone buyers are still in the offline market, Realme will get huge exposure in the coming days. The company is looking to channelize a robust distribution network by the end of the year.

Realme Expansion Map: The Realme Offline Expansion

CEO Madhav Sheth already said that the company is working on expanding its reach in the country back in January. Recently the company broke off with Reliance Digital, the largest electronics retail chain in the country. Reliance Digital stores partnered with OnePlus and Realme for exclusive offline availability of its smartphones back in November.

The Realme smartphones at Reliance Digital stores were priced more than the online stores, and this could be one of the reasons behind the spat.  

The company is known to offer budget devices at very fewer profits. Realme is working its own to expand in the offline market. Currently, Realme is conducting offline operations in as many as 35 cities across the country with more than 3000 stores.

The company is planning to expand its offline reach so that it can match up with customer demand. It wants to add 50 more cities per quarter throughout 2019.

Realme To Be Available In 150 Cities & 20,000 Outlets By 2019 End

The company aims to reach to 150 cities by the end of the year. This includes an expansion plan of about 20,000 outlets. The company is not considering any specific retail chain, as recently Reliance Digital Stores stopped selling Realme devices due to low-profit margins.

The CEO has stated in an interview with ET, that the company is “customer-centric” and it will only work with stores and chains who believe in the same thing.

He added, the company is not planning to make any profit at the cost of its customers.

India being a major offline market, to be successful like Xiaomi or Samsung, Realme will have to reach to the core. Realme will expand across tier 1, 2 and 3 cities. Realme will also be partnering with other retail chains like Global Access, TechQ, and Cellby soon.

Realme 3 Camera Samples Out, Live Images Leaked

The company will launch Realme 3 in India on March 4. While there’s a still a lot to be known about the device, a live image of the alleged Realme 3 has been leaked online. Tipster Ishan Agarwal has leaked an image of the Realme 3 leaking its front panel.

The leaked Realme 3 live image shows that the device has a water drop notch at the top of the display and slim bezels.

Realme 3 has already has achieved some amazing benchmark scores with the help of Helio P70 Chipset running in Android Pie with expected Color OS 6.0 UI.
