Oppo 10X Lossless Zoom Lens

Using a periscopic lens system, and having 2340X1080 pixels resolution, Oppo has teased about a new smartphone which will have incredible 10X zoom capability, with zero loss in sharpness. While there is a 48-megapixel camera, and a wide angle camera, there is a third lens which is a prism.

As per the details shared, the light will travel via this prism, where it will hit 5 lenses, before meeting the image sensor.

This means that the image created will be mindblowing.

Huawei Mate X In India?

Huawei has unveiled their latest Mate X folding phone, which directly competes against Samsung Galaxy Fold smartphone. Priced at 2,299 euros or about Rs 1,85,000, this can be launched in India as well.

But, there is a catch.

This new smartphone from Huawei will need 5G network, and this means, it won’t be launched in India anytime soon.

Nokia 9 Pureview

During the MWC, 2019, Nokia also revealed their latest Nokia 9 Pureview, which is world’s first smartphone with a penta-camera setup.

While each of the 5 camera are 12 MP, there are differences: two cameras are RGB and three monochrome.

Using all the 5 cameras, the smartphone will provide presumably detailed shots, capturing a wide dynamic range.

Nokia 9 Pureview will be priced $699 or Rs 50,000, and will be available from March, 2019.

Microsoft Hololens 2

During MWC 2019, Microsoft has revealed their next generation immersive headset: Hololens 2. This has been described as a mixture of reality and virtual, and promises more immersiveness, and comfort.

Priced at $3500, Hololens 2 will be available across US, Japan, China, Germany, Canada, UK, Ireland, France, Australia and New Zealand.

LG V50 ThinQ

MWC 2019 is unstoppable. In the event, LG too has revealed some exciting lineups, which includes V50 ThinQ.

USPs of this new smartphone include dual-screen setup and 5G capability.

Both of these screens are independent of one another, hence, a user can watch movies on one screen, and play games on the other.

Whatsapp Complaints

Meanwhile in India, for the first time ever, Govt. of India has introduced an email id, where users of Whatsapp can complain about offensive messages.

All you need to do is, take a screenshot of the offensive message, and share it across with Department of Telecom.

It is expected that very soon, such a platform will be developed for other social media apps as well.
