Oppo will launch its K1 smartphone today in India. Tipped as the cheapest smartphone to launch with an in-display fingerprint sensor, the smartphone will come with some standard features and specs at a mid-range pricing.

Google Pixel 3 Lite has been confirmed to be launching in India soon.

After the ban by the Gujarat government, now its Delhi government who has advised that games like PUBG and Fortnite are really harmful for children for its negative impact and violence.

Oppo K1 India Launch

The Oppo K1 will launch in India today, has already launched in China some time back. The smartphone will come with an in-display fingerprint sensor starting at CNY 1,599 (around Rs 16,900) in China for the base model with 4GB of RAM. In India, the Oppo K1 is expected to be priced somewhere around Rs 15,000, or a few thousand bucks more.

JioPhone 3 Launch

Relaince Jio is reportedly working on its third generation JioPhone. It’s a smartphone based on Google’s Android Go, not the KaiOS. JioPhone 3 is being tipped to launch with 5-inch touchscreen and other entry-level features at a price of around Rs 4,500 at the Reliance AGM in June. The smartphone will run on Android Go Pie.

Coolpad Cool 3 Launched In India At Rs 5,999

Coolpad Cool 3 has been launched in India with a water drop notch display at Rs 5,999. It’s the cheapest smartphone in the range to come with a water drop notched display, going against the likes of Redmi 6A, Realme C1 and Zenfone Lite L1. Coolpad Cool 3 also has a rear dual camera system, quad-core processor, 2GB RAM and 16GB storage.

Samsung’s New Budget Smartphones In India

Samsung is reportedly now working on another set of budget smartphones after Galaxy M series. The company is planning to take back the market from Xiaomi. Galaxy A10, Galaxy A20 and Galaxy A30 are the next smartphones Samsung is expected to launch in India soon, starting at around Rs 8,500 to boost its market share.

Delhi Govt Says PUBG & Fortnite Harmful To Kids

After Gujarat government, now it’s Delhi government who has turned their heads to the growing craze of video games like PUBG and Fortnite among kids. The government issued a note saying video games are harmful to kids, as these games are full of misogyny, hate, deceit and vengeance. A child at an age may have a huge impact of the negativeness.

Google Pixel 3 Lite & Pixel 3 XL Lite India Launch

Google Pixel 3 Lite and Pixel 3 XL Lite has been confirmed to be launching in India soon at a priced around OnePlus 6T, or maybe more. The devices will be manufactured in China and imported to India, which may result in higher prices due to taxes. The Pixel Lite 3 smartphones may launch in a few months from now, probably by May.

Vodafone Launch New Rs 119 Unlimited Calling Plan

Vodafone India has launched a new calling plan to take on the likes of Reliance Jio and Airtel. The new Vodafone Rs 119 plan offers unlimited calls for 28 days. Apart from unlimited calling, the new Vodafone 119 plan also comes with 1GB of data valid for 28 days. The company also recently launched a Rs 169 plan with daily data and unlimited calls.
