There is lot of confusion is here inside the company…don’t know how many they are removing..but each account has been asked to identify about 10% of people…morale among the employees is completely down…everyone wants to jump the ship if there is an opportunity…If TCS wants to do it…they have to do it in phased manner over two to three years….which gives time for employees to search outside and industry to absorb these employees…team which was built for 30 years…they want to remove in 2 months…absolutely headless thinking..hope common sense prevails…this CEO team wants to show good margins in their term..without considering long term effect this will have on the company..Mr Chairman are you aware of these happenings..
