I want to register a serious mishap by Frekart. They list very high on you ranking. Unfortunately they are a cheat and does not provide even earth after talking moon. They dont provide an SLA and does not support even on trivial issues. Inshort not a great IT support partner. I have registered a case against him in the consumer court also.

Hi Shekhar, Im using Zepo for my website since Jan and I have recently got a renewal also. There have been one or two issues sometimes but they have replied to my calls very late at night and on off days also many times. Moving from my previous platform has been a good decision so far.
