Arise India Launches Pure Android LED TVs, Pricing Starts At Rs. 32K

Arise India has just launched a series of LED TVs which are completely based on latest Android JB 4.2 OS. Named as “Arise LED TV For Android”, these TVs would cost you between Rs 32,000 to Rs 2,00,000 for screen dimensions: 32 inch to 84 inch.

By empowering LED TVs with Android, user can now play games, access social networking sites and do everything which an Android powered handset or tablet can do.

Arise India Managing Director Avinash Jain said while launching this new series of LED TVs, “The Arise LED TV For Android redefines television viewing in the country. With this innovation, brand Arise is all set to capture the TV market of the country with its first-mover advantage.”

The company have already roped in popular Bollywood actor Irrfan Khan to become brand ambassador for the TV brand, and are using this advertisement tagline: ‘TV hai Phone nahi, Kaan se mat lagana’. Check out the following advertisement.

One of the most interesting features of this Android powered LED TV is the synchronizing option: Once the specific app is installed, users can synchronize the TV programs running on cable with their Android mobiles and tablets and can view the TV programs directly on their smartphones/tablets.

This can be pretty useful feature for working professionals who tend to miss their favorite TV shows; with this TV, they can watch the programs from anywhere they want. Additionally, users can also checkout their social network buzz right along with watching TV on the same screen.

This new range of TV would be available in the following screen sizes: 32”/42”/50”/55”/65”/84”

Arise India, which manufactures various electric and electronics products have reported a turnover of Rs 1250 crore last fiscal, which they aim to increase by 24% to Rs 1550 crore turnover this year.

They have been expanding their products portfolio and they believe that their new offering: LED TV powered by Android will certainly help them achieve their targets. Last time Arise India was in news when they partnered with Star Sports to sponsor Asia Cup early this year.
