To say Moto G exclusive launch on Flipkart was a bumper success would be an understatement. Even Micromax’s Canvas launch did not have the kind of excitement that Moto G launch had. The first stock of Moto G vanished within minutes of it getting listed on Flipkart.

With Moto’s success with G, they are now going ahead with Moto X exclusive launch on Flipkart as well. Flipkart today announced on it’s twitter timeline that they will soon be exclusively launching Moto X in India with some launch day offers exactly the way they did it for Moto G!

I doubt that Moto X would create a stir similar to that of Moto G. Price was a major factor in the success of Moto G in India.

As Moto X has to be priced above 20K INR, the competition is even more intense. Plus it as a (now) old Snapdragon S4 and 720P screen, would not justify the price.
