IMHO 4G will take time some time to catch up given such abysmal penetration of 3G itself. But with the advent of 4G I'm sure 3G should get more cheaper sooner rather than latter.

After a long 12years history in Indian Telecom Mobile users growth has been slashed this year in India..2G is slow now….3G is not delveloped at all only 2% of mobile users are using 3G it has not reached much and market is wide open to all, in this stage 4G launching will be useful and it will be upgraded version for 3G users only..Not for any others..
