Colors Channel:

Colors is the only channel which redefined the ‘Reality’ tag on Indian TV with some brilliant shows like ‘Khatron Ke Khiladi’, ‘Chotte Miyan’, ‘Big Boss-3’, ‘India’s got Talent’ etc. Most of the new shows are an extension of such famous shows only.

Chak Dhoom Dhoom- Starting next week this Kids dance program is already in news because of its teasers in which Saloni tries to Dance. Other programs which are going to launch are Big Boss 4, Khatron Ke Khiladi 3 with Priyanka CHopra and Cricketers and India’s got talent.

Star Plus:

In an attempt to give its viewers a mix of Reality, Drama and Mythology Star Plus aims to target all the genres with shows like- Zara Nach Ke Dikha, Nach Baliye and Perfect Bride Season 2 in reality, Saath nibhana Sathiya and Chand Chupa Baadal mein in Drama, and Mahabharata in Mythology which is returning for 3rd time on TV.

Sony:

Sony is not taking any chances this time and is not going to experiment. It’s going to launch new seasons of its already hit series like Indian Idol, Jhalak Dikhlaja, Boogie Woogie and Dus ka Dum. But because of Yash Raj association with the Channel we may also see 4-5 shows from this banner too.

Zee TV:

In an attempt to compete with “Chak Dhoom Dhoom” from Colors, Zee is going to launch “Dance India Dance Li’s Masters”. Other shows include Li’l Champs for singing talents, Sa Re Ga Ma Pa etc. But the main attraction here is the show Zee Cinestars Ki Khoj which is returning almost after 10 years on TV.

Imagine, Sab TV, Sahara One and Star One are also coming up with number of shows to lure viewers.
