I just read the news on Rediff today about corruption in India’s legal system. I have spoken about it in length in this post that is part of Key Success factors for doing business in India- 30 part series.
This post is just to give you an idea of the amount of Bribe and corruption involved in the Indian legal system.
Thirty-six per cent of Indians paid bribes to the legal system in 2006 The estimated the amount paid by Indians as bribes to the legal system at about Rs 2,630 crore (Rs 26.30 billion). The majority of the bribes went to lawyers (61 per cent) followed by court officials (29 per cent) and middlemen (five per cent).
And this is just the legal system, which stands second to the Police Department. I guess the Police department bribery should be easily in the range of 4000 crores. If you take the macro view of the situation, corruption is hurting our economy more than anything else
Unless human values & their importance is taught s a part of the curriculum there is no possibility of eradicating corruption let us respect quality where ever it is not go by birth.

Quality of Legal system depends upon the Government, Judges and Advocates. In the past cases were few and disposed in a time period. As Corruption has been multipling legal system became worst at present time in india. Corruption charges on judges, lawyers, civil servents and peoples representatives. Laws are mostly perfect on the paper in India and there is less implementation laws in india. Only common man is getting injustice in india. At present people are loosing faith in indian judiciary system. The Government have to awake to protect dignity of indian legal system.
Indian JUDICIARY system is a system it is full of comedy i am sorry to say this but the truth is really it is a comedy system….. In our’s case there is abnormal delay, it is really 20 years our case is stepping from one court to another from the last 20 years ie., in the year 1993 Justice Motilal Naik of A.P. Hon’ble High court has given a Judgement in favour of us to appoint us on Adhoc basis with two months, after in the year 1998 Justice B. Subhashan Reddy of A.P. High court has reserved 312 posts and after that the Govt of AP has ignored us then in the year 2005 a Division Bench of A.P. Highcourt comprising of Justice Bikshapathi & Justice P.S. Narayana were issued a Judgement and appointing us with two months, again the A.P. Govt has filed in SLP(Civil) in Supreme court of India again it was converted as Civil Appeal in the year 2008 till this we are haunting for orders. In our above case it shows that particularly there is a negligence by the Government of Andhra Pradesh in filing of statements etc. etc. There is an intention in lingering of the case by years together. But the judiciary system has failed to solve the issues by getting bribes are such other things, all the judges happily enjoying with corporate facilities from the public money but the common man has suffered a lot with several struggles by not to get proper justice years together. Is it justifiable?

Indian JUDICIARY system is a fucking system it is full of comedy i am sorry to say this but the truth is really it is a fucking system….. I have read some articles one guy filed a case on 1947 after independence he got judgment in 2007 is it the way judiciary should work? no. thats why i am calling this as a fucking system people have to wait 10 years 15 years some guys need to wait till the death some guys getting judgement after death i am sorry about my country ….Recently one servey shows that to clear all the cases in india it will take 300 years provided that no new cases added… ohh god save people of india … People dare to do anything because nothing would happend in court ….. corruption rate going high …. but government saying we are rising power lets wait and seee …. what will happennnnn…
