Its companion app also provides an Entropy score, ranging from 1 to 250, intended to indicate physiological strain. Factors such as exercise, sleep, stress and caffeine may affect the score.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Unlike a smartwatch, Temple has no display and is not designed to deliver notifications. Instead, it focuses on collecting and presenting health-related data through its app. The company positions the device as a wellness and research tool, not a medical diagnostic device.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Six Colour Finishes and Included Accessories<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n The wearable is offered in six finishes: True Gold, Rose Gold, Dark Mirror, Deep Blue, Real Jade and Purple Funk.
