dates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Candidates Received Offer Letters In 2025<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to NITES, the affected candidates participated in Wipro&#8217;s campus recruitment process in February 2025 and cleared the technical and voice assessments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After completing the interview process, they received their <strong>Offer Letters in July 2025<\/strong>, followed by Letters of Intent in August.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The candidates accepted the offers within the stipulated timeframe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>They later reconfirmed their interest in December 2025 and completed another technical assessment in March 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Background Verification Also Completed<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The candidates reportedly cleared Wipro&#8217;s Codility technical assessment in March 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>They then completed the company&#8217;s background verification process on <strong>March 26, 2026<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to NITES, the Wipro portal subsequently showed the verification process as 100% complete, with the status marked <strong>&#8220;No Action Required.&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Despite completing the various stages required by the company, the candidates have allegedly not received definite onboarding dates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>NITES Approaches Labour Ministry<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>NITES has now asked Labour Minister Mansukh Mandaviya to take up the matter with Wipro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The organisation wants the company to provide:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The current status of all affected candidates<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reasons for the onboarding delay<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Confirmation that their Offer Letters and LOIs remain valid<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A definite, time-bound onboarding schedule<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>NITES has also asked that candidates who will not ultimately be onboarded should be informed formally and given the reasons for the decision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Months Of Uncertainty<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The union claims that the candidates have repeatedly contacted Wipro&#8217;s HR teams, onboarding helpdesks and other designated channels over several months.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to NITES, these efforts have not produced substantive clarity regarding when the candidates will actually join.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The prolonged wait has reportedly created financial and professional difficulties for several candidates, particularly those who may have turned down or avoided other opportunities while expecting to join Wipro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Young Engineers Left In A Difficult Position<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For fresh graduates, a confirmed job offer can determine major decisions involving further education, relocation, accommodation and other employment opportunities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The uncertainty becomes particularly difficult when candidates have already completed multiple rounds of assessments and background verification.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>NITES has argued that while companies have the right to make legitimate workforce decisions, candidates who have been selected and issued
