The network primarily targeted Group D recruitment<\/strong>, where candidates were required to clear both written examinations and skill tests.<\/p>\n\n\n\nInvestigators have so far identified 10-12 candidates<\/strong> who allegedly used the racket’s services, although police suspect the actual number could be higher.<\/p>\n\n\n\nHidden Cameras And Nano Earbuds Used<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\nThe gang allegedly provided candidates with sophisticated electronic equipment designed to evade examination security.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
These included hidden cameras, GSM devices, nano earbuds and specially configured mobile phones<\/strong>. Police said miniature cameras were fitted near shirt buttons so that candidates could discreetly photograph question papers.<\/p>\n\n\n\nThe images were then allegedly transmitted to an accomplice outside the examination centre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
ChatGPT Used To Solve Questions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\nThe investigation revealed how artificial intelligence was allegedly incorporated into the cheating operation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Once images of examination questions were transmitted outside the centre, an accomplice allegedly used ChatGPT to solve the questions<\/strong>. The answers were then relayed back to candidates through nano earbuds.<\/p>\n\n\n\nPolice also recovered mobile phones equipped with applications capable of capturing images and remotely operating devices even when the phone screen was switched off.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Seven Phones, Four GSM Devices Seized<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\nDuring the investigation, police seized seven mobile phones, four GSM devices, several electronic gadgets, a tablet and a Tata Nexon<\/strong> allegedly used by the accused.<\/p>\n\n\n\nThe seized devices have been sent for forensic examination as investigators attempt to determine the full extent of the operation and identify other examinations that may have been compromised.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Police Investigating Wider Network<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\nThe police suspect the alleged racket may have helped candidates obtain government jobs in several states using the same method. Investigators are now trying to establish how many recruitment examinations were compromised and how many candidates benefited.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The case highlights how increasingly sophisticated electronic devices and AI tools can be combined to create new challenges for examination authorities. Further arrests are expected as the investigation continues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
