These \u201cslices\u201d can prioritize certain users or applications for better speed, lower latency, and more stable performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to Airtel, Priority Postpaid users will receive network priority during high-traffic situations such as crowded events, business districts, airports, concerts, and peak usage hours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The company said the technology is especially designed for customers who depend on uninterrupted connectivity for work, online meetings, entertainment, and collaboration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Airtel Focuses On Premium User Segment<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Reports said the launch forms part of Airtel\u2019s broader strategy to strengthen its premium subscriber base amid rising competition in India\u2019s telecom market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Telecom companies are increasingly focusing on premiumisation instead of only tariff hikes by offering differentiated network services, digital subscriptions, and high-value plans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Industry analysts noted that postpaid subscribers generally generate higher Average Revenue Per User (ARPU) compared to prepaid customers.
