TCS remains India\u2019s largest IT services company by market capitalization and workforce size.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Salary Structure And Compensation Details<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the annual report, Krithivasan\u2019s compensation package included a base salary of \u20b91.67 crore, benefits and allowances worth \u20b91.43 crore, and \u20b925 crore in commission payments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The CEO had earned \u20b926.52 crore in FY25, indicating a year-on-year increase of more than \u20b91.5 crore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Employee Salary Comparison<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>TCS disclosed that the median remuneration of employees increased by 5.1% during FY26. The company reported a total workforce of 5,84,519 employees at the end of the financial year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Junior and mid-level employees in India reportedly received salary hikes ranging between 4.5% and 7%, while top performers received higher increments in some cases. Employees outside India received salary revisions between 1.5% and 6%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Other Executive Compensation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The annual report also revealed compensation details of other senior executives at the company. TCS COO Aarthi Subramanian earned \u20b918.33 crore during FY26.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Meanwhile, Tata Group and TCS Chairman N Chandrasekaran did not take any commission from the company and received only sitting fees of \u20b94.2 lakh during the fiscal year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">TCS Focuses On AI Expansion<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>TCS has continued expanding its artificial intelligence strategy amid growing global demand for AI-led technology services. In his annual report message, Krithivasan said the company aims to become the world\u2019s largest AI-led technology services company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The company stated that 130 of its top 139 clients are already using TCS as their AI services partner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Summary<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>TCS CEO K Krithivasan earned \u20b928.1 crore in FY26, according to the company\u2019s annual report, marking a 6.3% increase from the previous year.
