Employees across departments including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Engineering<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>HR<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Finance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Marketing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2026are now running \u201cthousands of AI agent sessions\u201d daily to complete work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The memo reportedly stated:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cThe way we work at Cloudflare has fundamentally changed.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Executives said the company is redesigning internal processes, teams, and roles to operate more efficiently in an AI-first environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Layoffs Affect Nearly One-Fifth Of Workforce<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>At the end of 2025, Cloudflare reportedly employed around 5,156 full-time workers globally.
