<strong>corridor-based development model<\/strong>, where industrial clusters will be built along major expressways to improve connectivity and reduce logistics costs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These clusters, known as <strong>Integrated Manufacturing and Logistics Clusters (IMLCs)<\/strong>, will be spread across <strong>over 12,700 acres in 26 districts<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>They will be aligned with five major expressways:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Purvanchal Expressway<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bundelkhand Expressway<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Agra-Lucknow Expressway<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gorakhpur Link Expressway<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ganga Expressway<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This approach ensures industries are directly connected to high-speed transport networks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">12 Clusters in First Phase<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Out of the total 27 planned clusters, <strong>12 will be developed in the first phase<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These clusters are being set up across districts such as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Meerut<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sambhal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Shahjahanpur<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hardoi<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Unnao<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Firozabad<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Etawah<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Budaun<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sultanpur<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Amethi<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ambedkar Nagar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hamirpur<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The locations were selected based on <strong>industry demand and investment interest<\/strong>, including inputs from domestic and global business engagements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u20b9500 Crore Approved for Initial Projects<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The government has already approved <strong>nearly \u20b9500 crore for two major clusters<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u20b9245 crore for an Integrated Manufacturing Logistic Hub in Sambhal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u20b9213 crore for a cluster in Meerut<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Both are being developed along the upcoming <strong>Ganga Expressway<\/strong>, highlighting the focus on linking industry with new infrastructure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Focus on Ready-to-Use Industrial Ecosystems<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Unlike traditional industrial zones, these clusters are being designed as <strong>plug-and-play ecosystems<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Around <strong>85% of the required land has already been acquired<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Infrastructure such as <strong>30-metre-wide internal roads, power substations, and utilities<\/strong> is being developed in parallel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This means companies can <strong>start operations faster without delays<\/strong>, making the state more attractive for investors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">MSME Integration and Job Creation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>A key goal of the project is to integrate <strong>Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs)<\/strong> into larger industrial supply chains.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Large \u201canchor\u201d companies will be encouraged to set up units<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Smaller businesses will grow around them, creating an <strong>industrial ecosystem<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This model is expected to generate <strong>jobs,
